The late Australian Journalist Philip Knightly published an article in the Guardian on October 3, 2001, just weeks after 9/11. Knightly studied the intelligence services, journalists as war correspondents, and the propaganda used to mobilize nations for war throughout his life. He said, “The way wars are reported in the western media follows a depressingly predictive pattern: stage one, the crisis; stage two, the demonization of the enemy’s leader; stage 3, the demonization of the enemy as individuals; and stage four, atrocities.”
With the report that the Russians bombed a maternity hospital in Mariupol, we have now reached the “atrocity” stage of the psyop scheme defined by Knightly. It is aimed at getting you to buy the bull aimed at you in the new “war emergency” which has replaced the “COVID emergency.” As the journalist Max Blumenthal put it on his twitter account,“200,000 small businesses were wrecked and millions left jobless and alone in the name of public health. Now gas and food prices must surge to protect freedom and stand for Ukraine. You will own nothing and be happy, and if you don’t like it, you might be a Russian conspiracist.” Owning nothing and being happy is what the globalist World Economic Forum once saw as their goal for the working and middle classes by 2030, a population much reduced in size by premature deaths and a lack of new births. That goal can only be reached by destroying the United States. It should be obvious that the timeline has been accelerated. Now, the continued resistance of the American people could mean that Donald Trump or some other actual American could be elected President in 2024.
The maternity hospital bombing story has all the features of the atrocity story which mobilized the American public for the Gulf War of 1990-91. It was claimed that Iraqi soldiers had burst into a modern hospital in Kuwait, gone to the premature babies ward, and then tossed the babies out of the incubators and onto the floor, so that the incubators could be taken back to Iraq.
As Knightly reports it, the alleged incident was first reported in the London Daily Telegraph of September 5, 1990, but it lacked a human element. That was provided by the October testimony to the Human Rights Caucus of the U.S. Congress by an alleged 15-year old Kuwaiti witness known only as “Nayirah.” President George H.W. Bush referred to this story six times in the run-up to the Gulf War to illustrate the evil of Saddam and Iraqis generally, and subsequent studies showed that this was the definitive moment in convincing the American people of the need for that war.
Two years later, the truth came out. The Kuwaiti government, through a front called the Citizens for a Free Kuwait, had paid the PR firm Hill & Knowlton $10 million to campaign for American intervention to oust Iraq from Kuwait. Nayirah was the daughter of the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the United States, and Hill & Knowlton had spent hours coaching her testimony. The invasion of the premature babies ward? It never happened.
Today, Mariupol is the home of the Nazi Azov Battalion when it is not on the front in the Donbass. Russia says that it did not bomb the hospital, although it reported to the UN three days earlier that the hospital had been taken over by Azov, which was using it as a base. The patients, doctors, and nurses had been evacuated. Expect more fake atrocity stories in the next few days. The difference between this story and the Kuwaiti babies story is that Cancel Culture is in overdrive, ensuring that the actual facts will never come out, even two years late. The other difference is that no one might be around, since we are tempting the fate of all of humanity in a potential nuclear war.
A Note for Belize:
Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are the breadbasket of Europe. Trade is exported through the Black Sea, especially from Maripupol which is now closed. Over 30% of the world’s grain comes from here. And because of stupid sanctions by the EU and USA, insurance for shipping is not available for Russian ships from other ports. The planting season is staring next month in Europe, including Ukraine and Russia. No planting will happen in Ukraine and very little in Europe because the source of fertilizer is from Belarus and Russia. Plus the global shortage of micro-chips from Covid-19 is now extended because the supply of refined Neon gas used to make micro-chips is made in Ukraine as a by-product from Russian steelmaking. No chip-making, means no tractors and no combines to harvest.
The Anglo-Americans Elites mouth-pieces stated that this European war will end-up costing close to one billion humans to die in the next year or so from starvation, ill health (caused by Covid19 jabs) and famines. Prices are expected to double over the next few months. Diesel fuel will soon hit $ 18 per gallon in Belize. But Belize can solve this diesel problem if our politicians act as independent actors in the interests of Belize and stop acting for foreign interests.
Belize still is pumping about 450 barrels of crude oil per day. Stop exportation and set-up a small refinery to take out the diesel and export the reside as it’s not economical to refine gasoline and other products. And please politicians, don’t tell the Belizean people you cannot because you don’t have any money. Every government has money, because your commercial bank/central banks create money. Is Belize an independent country? If yes, why does three foreigners/groups control our money supply? WHY? WHY?
And since we are on crude oil, please stop burning the gas from the Spanish Lookout wells. Capture the gas and make ammonium nitrogen fertilizers here in Belize. Act as a sovereign country. George Price gave his whole life to get Belize’s Independence. Please Belizeans, for God’s sake, please let us keep our Independence. Belize City, Feb 21st 2022: The world we live in today is going through extreme upheavals. To understand where we are, we need to understand where we came from.
For 10,000 years our world has been ruled by empires, with Europe dominating for the last 400+ years. At the top was some 5% or less of the population that governed the then Empires and territories of Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, while 90% of the population were peasants/farmers and the other 5% were townspeople who were merchants and artisans, the tradesmen for the elite. In times of war some of the peasants were used as soldiers. Most of the land was in the hands of the elites. The farmers and peasants worked the land and were obligated to share their produce with the army and elites. Only about 4% to 6% of the population could read and write. The average life-span was 43 years, as most lived in squalor – un-hygienic conditions with no running clean water (except for the aqueducts of Rome, India and Peru for brief periods).
And this largely remained the case until the 20 years of education of the North American colonies of the United Kingdom (UK) by Ben Franklin paid-off when some 80 elite members of the 13 colonies of British North America rebelled in 1776 and brought about a revolution that shook the world. For the first time in human history, a revolution based on the idea that men are made in the image of their Creator, that man is not an animal, but free and born with free will became reality – it succeeded. From the minds of Franklin and that American genius, Alexander Hamilton came something new – the American System of Political Economy. In 1784 the new United States of America was born and started to implement the eight principles of the American System.
The eight principles are as follows:
Exploiting nature rather than men.
Tariff Protection of local agriculture and manufacturing as free trade have always benefit the strong at the expense of the weak.
High wages to workers, because as E. Peshine Smith, wrote: “In order to make labour-cheap, the labourer must be well-fed, well-clothed, well-lodged, well-instructed.”
Money creation is a public utility and should be under the control of elected representatives of the people, not controlled by private individuals for private gain and control.
Technology and innovation always causes new methods to enter production and thus profits and wages don’t diminish but instead leads to higher productivity and thus higher wages to workers. Therefore the theory of Diminishing Returns is not valid to physical reality.
A view of soil fertility and agricultural productivity as a product of capital investment – not nature. Science is the way to solve the problem of “mining the soil”.
Public infrastructure as a means to lower costs in an industrial society by introducing new methods of production and communications, and the public support of research and development.
Government intervention in an economy. Government as the “brain” must put a bridle on corporate bodies, and must establish the pursuit of happiness as a natural right of citizens. In Belize this principle is enshrine in the PUP’s Constitution as a sacred duty of government to create full employment and completely end poverty.
The first principle of the American System is the basis of George Price’s Mixed Economyexploit nature rather than man. It is the antithesis of this principle that has been the basis for ten thousand years of domination and strife. It is the reason why the two foreign owned/controlled corporations are trying to destroy the cane farmers and the water-front workers; the workers and farmers are viewed not as humans but as property – animals fit to cull at will.
Belizeans, make no mistake, industrialization along with Price’s Mixed Economy is the only way to eliminate poverty and produce full employment in Belize. Our current neo-liberalism principles of the Empire will produce what we have always had – misery, poverty, ignorance, and violence, in other words, despair. The reason why first the United States of America, and later Germany, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and today’s China and Russia have been able to supply a high standard of living for their citizens was because every one of them followed a version of Capitalism that was known during the nineteen century as the American School/System of Political Economy.
The last two hundred years of history has seen two opposite views (philosophy) of man trying to co-exist on this earth. The American System (George Price’s Mixed Economy) and the opposite philosophy of the Empire, of neo-liberalism, of globalism, of the Great Reset, of man as an animal.
Let’s look more closely at the last two years. First, the global financial system suffered a collapse on September 17th 2019. The global elites then decided to bail-out their rotten bankrupt system by releasing a bio-weapon on the world – COVID 19. How is it that more than 194 governments from all over the world ended up dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in almost exactly the same manner, with lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccination cards now being commonplace everywhere?

The answer according to Michael Lord of Global Research of Canada may lie in the Young Global Leaders School, which was established and managed by Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and that many of today’s prominent political and business leaders passed through on their way to the top. The class of 1992 included Angela Markel, Justin Trudeau, Nicolas Sarkozy and Tony Blair. Chelsea Clinton, Richard Branson, Jeff Bezos, and Bill Gates are also graduates of the Young Global Leaders School. Given the growing discontent with the anti-Covid measures put into practice by the school’s graduates who are now national leaders, Lord quotes Ernst Wolff a German economist, who believes it is possible that these people were selected due to their willingness to do whatever they are told, and that they are being set up to fail so that the subsequent backlash can be exploited to justify the creation of a new global form of government.
According to Wolff and Lord it seems that politicians with unique personalities and strong, original views have become rare, and that the distinguishing character of the national leaders of the past 30 years has been their meekness and adherence to a strict globalist line dictated from above. On the global stage, both Presidents Xi of China and President Putin of Russia are exceptions to this meekness and urge to follow orders from above. In fact the elites of both Russia and China are so in love with their leaders that both were made Presidents for life.
Now Larry Fink the CEO of BlackRock is a very interesting case. He is a current member of the Board of WEF, advisor to the central banks of Canada, Bank of England, US Federal Reserve and European Bank. Some say he is the go-between the Rockefellers and the public figures.
His company, BlackRock along with Vanguard are the two largest and most powerful companies in the world. BlackRock is the world’s largest asset manager, with more than $9.5 trillion in assets as of July 2021, while Vanguard held more than $7 trillion in assets as of January 2021. According to CNN, Vanguard is the largest stockholder in BlackRock (7.61%), while BlackRock is the biggest stockholder in Vanguard (13.06%) — though the actual ownership structure of these companies has been described as “dark”, by Forbes. Finance people believe the real owners behind BlackRock and Vanguard are the old elites – the Rockefellers, DuPonts, House of Windsor and Rothschild’s who have controlled the West for the last 120+ years.
This influence extends to the media. BlackRock alone owns major shares in supposed “independent media” such as Fox News, CBS, Comcast (NBC), CNN, Disney (ABC), Gannett (USA TODAY and 250 daily newspapers throughout the U.S.), Sinclair Media (whose television stations reach 72% of the American public), and the Graham Media Group (Slate, Foreign Policy).
BlackRock along with other firms is also engaged in a real estate purchasing spree, buying up entire neighbourhoods of single-family homes and converting them to rentals, driving up home prices by reducing supply on the marketplace. BlackRock’s real estate strategy echoes the words of the World Economic Forum: “You’ll own nothing, and you’ll be happy.”
As a measure of the power of BlackRock and Vanguard over the United States, since December 2021, Vanguard is the largest shareholder in the following companies: Cigna (insurance); CityGroup (banking); Delta (airline); Eli Lily (chemical/drug); Gap (retail); Hershey (food); Hess (oil); IBM (it); Uber (leisure); Johnson & Johnson (chemical/drugs); Kraft (foods); McDonald (foods); MGM (leisure); Microsoft (IT); NBC (leisure); Netflix (leisure); New York Times (media); Pfizer (drugs); Amazon (retail); Walmart (retail); UPS (leisure); United (airlines). And guess which company is the next biggest – BlackRock.
The level of power and influence of BlackRock caused none other than Bloomberg in May 21st 2020 to characterize BlackRock as the “fourth branch of government.”
So, what is the problem now with China and Russia? Both of them went along with the requirements of the global Western elites who had dominated the world for the last 400+ years, and went all out with the COVID 19 requirements. So, why is there a problem now?
Remember, before the rebellion of some elites in North America the world was ruled by Empires, but after the second American revolution of 1860 led by Abe Lincoln and his genius political economist, Henry Charles Carey, the United States swiftly became the greatest and most powerful nation-state on Earth. So much so, that the great German leader, after he was driven from power – Otto van Bismarck said the lovers of the Empire had no choice but to kill Lincoln and later James Garfield, who was assassinated to stop a full rebirth of the American System in the United States. And some 20 years later, the Empire again assassinated a US President, 25th President of the United States — William McKinley after he promised to export the American System to the Americas. From the assassination of President McKinley in 1901 to about 2017 the view of the Empire – globalization, the neo-liberal order, the concepts behind the Great Reset gained more and more power in the world. In fact, in 2020 with unleashing of the great scam – the launching of the bio-weapon, COVID 19 the global elites were now in total control. But they went too far!
In November 2021 in Scotland they decided that now was the time to cull the “useless eaters” of the world – some two billion persons would be wiped from the face of the Earth. How? Our economy is based on fossil fuels and coal. It was proposed that no new loans will be issued for fossil fuels and coal, and that existing plants would be shut down. Wind and solar can never ever support 7.8 billion people on planet Earth. Wind and solar may sustain some two to three billion people. What happens to the other four billion?
Since about 1981, China has adopted the old nineteen century American System of Political Economy and its eight principles as its national policy. In 1981 the average income was USD $ 85 per year, and some 800 million Chinese were living in poverty. Today, just 40 years later, the average income in China is about USD $ 17,460 per year and as at January 2021 over 800 million Chinese were taken out of poverty – the World Bank calls it a modern miracle. Today China is one of the four global powers of the world. The engineers who govern today’s China believe mankind are not animals but humans with the power of the brain, of reason, of ideas – that human-kind are above and superior to animals. Chinese leaders are not about culling Chinese people – they will protect lives, not wilfully take it. Ultimately, they will decide the future of their people.
The president of Russia is of the same views as China. On Feb 4th 2022, both Xi Jinping of China and Vladimir Putin of Russia issued a jointed statement (available at bill-lindo.com) declaring their Independence – financial and economic from the global elites that had run the world for the last 120+ years.
So, for the first time since 1901, two of the four global world powers have stated that humans are not animals but creatures of reason. These two powerful nation-states control some 20% of the global population, possess enough nuclear weapons and very high tech delivery systems that can destroy the earth twice over, possess enough raw materials including food to live a very high standard of living without any imports from the countries of the West. Together they possess some 58% of global manufacturing capabilities. Further, Russia and China are the ONLY nation-states that at this time possess hypersonic missile systems, which cannot be defended against.
Yes, we are now at the dawn of a New World Order. The two hundred years of co-existence of the two world views is over. The elites of the Western countries have long propagated that mankind is an animal – nothing more than property and can be culled at will by the ruling and upper class elites and they do not tolerate any other concept. The problem is that two very powerful nation-states (China and Russia) have declared they will no longer tolerate the dictates of the global elites and will no longer allow them to keep most of the world’s nation-states backwards. Finance will be freed from the dictates of central banks who are controlled by the global elites. Instead, national banking will be encouraged for economic development. No more color revolutions. No more overthrow of government that demand the right to self-determination and FULL independence. Every nation-state has the RIGHT to industrializes and thus provide a high standard of living to its citizens.
Russia will never allow Ukraine to possess missiles or nuclear weapons nor become a member of NATO. In the same way that the United States will never allow any country to put nuclear weapon or missiles in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean nor Central America.
China will never allow Formosa to declare Independence, nor station any foreign troops on its soil. Formosa has always been a part of China – one China. Hawaii will never be independent of the USA.
If the global elites wish war to resurrect the old world order of empire, of colonies, of globalization, then there will be war, but the elites will lose!

Joint Statement of the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China on the International Relations Entering a New Era and the Global Sustainable Development

At the invitation of President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir V. Putin visited China on 4 February 2022. The Heads of State held talks in Beijing and took part in the opening ceremony of the XXIV Olympic Winter Games.
The Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China, hereinafter referred to as the sides, state as follows.
Today, the world is going through momentous changes, and humanity is entering a new era of rapid development and profound transformation. It sees the development of such processes and phenomena as multipolarity, economic globalization, the advent of information society, cultural diversity, transformation of the global governance architecture and world order; there is increasing interrelation and interdependence between the States; a trend has emerged towards redistribution of power in the world; and the international community is showing a growing demand for the leadership aiming at peaceful and gradual development. At the same time, as the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection continues, the international and regional security situation is complicating and the number of global challenges and threats is growing from day to day. Some actors representing but the minority on the international scale continue to advocate unilateral approaches to addressing international issues and resort to force; they interfere in the internal affairs of other states, infringing their legitimate rights and interests, and incite contradictions, differences and confrontation, thus hampering the development and progress of mankind, against the opposition from the international community.
The sides call on all States to pursue well-being for all and, with these ends, to build dialogue and mutual trust, strengthen mutual understanding, champion such universal human values as peace, development, equality, justice, democracy and freedom, respect the rights of peoples to independently determine the development paths of their countries and the sovereignty and the security and development interests of States, to protect the United Nations-driven international architecture and the international law-based world order, seek genuine multipolarity with the United Nations and its Security Council playing a central and coordinating role, promote more democratic international relations, and ensure peace, stability and sustainable development across the world.

The sides share the understanding that democracy is a universal human value, rather than a privilege of a limited number of States, and that its promotion and protection is a common responsibility of the entire world community.
The sides believe that democracy is a means of citizens’ participation in the government of their country with the view to improving the well-being of population and implementing the principle of popular government. Democracy is exercised in all spheres of public life as part of a nation-wide process and reflects the interests of all the people, its will, guarantees its rights, meets its needs and protects its interests. There is no one-size-fits-all template to guide countries in establishing democracy. A nation can choose such forms and methods of implementing democracy that would best suit its particular state, based on its social and political system, its historical background, traditions and unique cultural characteristics. It is only up to the people of the country to decide whether their State is a democratic one.
The sides note that Russia and China as world powers with rich cultural and historical heritage have long-standing traditions of democracy, which rely on thousand-years of experience of development, broad popular support and consideration of the needs and interests of citizens. Russia and China guarantee their people the right to take part through various means and in various forms in the administration of the State and public life in accordance with the law. The people of both countries are certain of the way they have chosen and respect the democratic systems and traditions of other States.
The sides note that democratic principles are implemented at the global level, as well as in administration of State. Certain States’ attempts to impose their own ”democratic standards“ on other countries, to monopolize the right to assess the level of compliance with democratic criteria, to draw dividing lines based on the grounds of ideology, including by establishing exclusive blocs and alliances of convenience, prove to be nothing but flouting of democracy and go against the spirit and true values of democracy. Such attempts at hegemony pose serious threats to global and regional peace and stability and undermine the stability of the world order.
The sides believe that the advocacy of democracy and human rights must not be used to put pressure on other countries. They oppose the abuse of democratic values and interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states under the pretext of protecting democracy and human rights, and any attempts to incite divisions and confrontation in the world. The sides call on the international community to respect cultural and civilizational diversity and the rights of peoples of different countries to self-determination. They stand ready to work together with all the interested partners to promote genuine democracy.
The sides note that the Charter of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights set noble goals in the area of universal human rights, set forth fundamental principles, which all the States must comply with and observe in deeds. At the same time, as every nation has its own unique national features, history, culture, social system and level of social and economic development, universal nature of human rights should be seen through the prism of the real situation in every particular country, and human rights should be protected in accordance with the specific situation in each country and the needs of its population. Promotion and protection of human rights is a shared responsibility of the international community. The states should equally prioritize all categories of human rights and promote them in a systemic manner. The international human rights cooperation should be carried out as a dialogue between the equals involving all countries. All States must have equal access to the right to development. Interaction and cooperation on human rights matters should be based on the principle of equality of all countries and mutual respect for the sake of strengthening the international human rights architecture.

The sides believe that peace, development and cooperation lie at the core of the modern international system. Development is a key driver in ensuring the prosperity of the nations. The ongoing pandemic of the new coronavirus infection poses a serious challenge to the fulfilment of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. It is vital to enhance partnership relations for the sake of global development and make sure that the new stage of global development is defined by balance, harmony and inclusiveness.
The sides are seeking to advance their work to link the development plans for the Eurasian Economic Union and the Belt and Road Initiative with a view to intensifying practical cooperation between the EAEU and China in various areas and promoting greater interconnectedness between the Asia Pacific and Eurasian regions. The sides reaffirm their focus on building the Greater Eurasian Partnership in parallel and in coordination with the Belt and Road construction to foster the development of regional associations as well as bilateral and multilateral integration processes for the benefit of the peoples on the Eurasian continent.
The sides agreed to continue consistently intensifying practical cooperation for the sustainable development of the Arctic.
The sides will strengthen cooperation within multilateral mechanisms, including the United Nations, and encourage the international community to prioritize development issues in the global macro-policy coordination. They call on the developed countries to implement in good faith their formal commitments on development assistance, provide more resources to developing countries, address the uneven development of States, work to offset such imbalances within States, and advance global and international development cooperation. The Russian side confirms its readiness to continue working on the China-proposed Global Development Initiative, including participation in the activities of the Group of Friends of the Global Development Initiative under the UN auspices. In order to accelerate the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the sides call on the international community to take practical steps in key areas of cooperation such as poverty reduction, food security, vaccines and epidemics control, financing for development, climate change, sustainable development, including green development, industrialization, digital economy, and infrastructure connectivity.
The sides call on the international community to create open, equal, fair and non-discriminatory conditions for scientific and technological development, to step up practical implementation of scientific and technological advances in order to identify new drivers of economic growth.
The sides call upon all countries to strengthen cooperation in sustainable transport, actively build contacts and share knowledge in the construction of transport facilities, including smart transport and sustainable transport, development and use of Arctic routes, as well as to develop other areas to support global post-epidemic recovery.
The sides are taking serious action and making an important contribution to the fight against climate change. Jointly celebrating the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, they reaffirm their commitment to this Convention as well as to the goals, principles and provisions of the Paris Agreement, including the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities. The sides work together to ensure the full and effective implementation of the Paris Agreement, remain committed to fulfilling the obligations they have undertaken and expect that developed countries will actually ensure the annual provision of $100 billion of climate finance to developing states. The sides oppose setting up new barriers in international trade under the pretext of fighting climate change.
The sides strongly support the development of international cooperation and exchanges in the field of biological diversity, actively participating in the relevant global governance process, and intend to jointly promote the harmonious development of humankind and nature as well as green transformation to ensure sustainable global development.
The Heads of State positively assess the effective interaction between Russia and China in the bilateral and multilateral formats focusing on the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, protection of life and health of the population of the two countries and the peoples of the world. They will further increase cooperation in the development and manufacture of vaccines against the new coronavirus infection, as well as medical drugs for its treatment, and enhance collaboration in public health and modern medicine. The sides plan to strengthen coordination on epidemiological measures to ensure strong protection of health, safety and order in contacts between citizens of the two countries. The sides have commended the work of the competent authorities and regions of the two countries on implementing quarantine measures in the border areas and ensuring the stable operation of the border crossing points, and intend to consider establishing a joint mechanism for epidemic control and prevention in the border areas to jointly plan anti-epidemic measures to be taken at the border checkpoints, share information, build infrastructure and improve the efficiency of customs clearance of goods.
The sides emphasize that ascertaining the origin of the new coronavirus infection is a matter of science. Research on this topic must be based on global knowledge, and that requires cooperation among scientists from all over the world. The sides oppose politicization of this issue. The Russian side welcomes the work carried out jointly by China and WHO to identify the source of the new coronavirus infection and supports the China – WHO joint report on the matter. The sides call on the global community to jointly promote a serious scientific approach to the study of the coronavirus origin.
The Russian side supports a successful hosting by the Chinese side of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing in 2022.
The sides highly appreciate the level of bilateral cooperation in sports and the Olympic movement and express their readiness to contribute to its further progressive development.

The sides are gravely concerned about serious international security challenges and believe that the fates of all nations are interconnected. No State can or should ensure its own security separately from the security of the rest of the world and at the expense of the security of other States. The international community should actively engage in global governance to ensure universal, comprehensive, indivisible and lasting security.
The sides reaffirm their strong mutual support for the protection of their core interests, state sovereignty and territorial integrity, and oppose interference by external forces in their internal affairs.
The Russian side reaffirms its support for the One-China principle, confirms that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China, and opposes any forms of independence of Taiwan.
Russia and China stand against attempts by external forces to undermine security and stability in their common adjacent regions, intend to counter interference by outside forces in the internal affairs of sovereign countries under any pretext, oppose colour revolutions, and will increase cooperation in the aforementioned areas.
The sides condemn terrorism in all its manifestations, promote the idea of creating a single global anti-terrorism front, with the United Nations playing a central role, advocate stronger political coordination and constructive engagement in multilateral counterterrorism efforts. The sides oppose politicization of the issues of combating terrorism and their use as instruments of policy of double standards, condemn the practice of interference in the internal affairs of other States for geopolitical purposes through the use of terrorist and extremist groups as well as under the guise of combating international terrorism and extremism.
The sides believe that certain States, military and political alliances and coalitions seek to obtain, directly or indirectly, unilateral military advantages to the detriment of the security of others, including by employing unfair competition practices, intensify geopolitical rivalry, fuel antagonism and confrontation, and seriously undermine the international security order and global strategic stability. The sides oppose further enlargement of NATO and call on the North Atlantic Alliance to abandon its ideologized cold war approaches, to respect the sovereignty, security and interests of other countries, the diversity of their civilizational, cultural and historical backgrounds, and to exercise a fair and objective attitude towards the peaceful development of other States. The sides stand against the formation of closed bloc structures and opposing camps in the Asia-Pacific region and remain highly vigilant about the negative impact of the United States’ Indo-Pacific strategy on peace and stability in the region. Russia and China have made consistent efforts to build an equitable, open and inclusive security system in the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) that is not directed against third countries and that promotes peace, stability and prosperity.
The sides welcome the Joint Statement of the Leaders of the Five Nuclear-Weapons States on Preventing Nuclear War and Avoiding Arms Races and believe that all nuclear-weapons States should abandon the cold war mentality and zero-sum games, reduce the role of nuclear weapons in their national security policies, withdraw nuclear weapons deployed abroad, eliminate the unrestricted development of global anti-ballistic missile defense (ABM) system, and take effective steps to reduce the risks of nuclear wars and any armed conflicts between countries with military nuclear capabilities.
The sides reaffirm that the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is the cornerstone of the international disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation system, an important part of the post-war international security system, and plays an indispensable role in world peace and development. The international community should promote the balanced implementation of the three pillars of the Treaty and work together to protect the credibility, effectiveness and the universal nature of the instrument.
The sides are seriously concerned about the trilateral security partnership between Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom (AUKUS), which provides for deeper cooperation between its members in areas involving strategic stability, in particular their decision to initiate cooperation in the field of nuclear-powered submarines. Russia and China believe that such actions are contrary to the objectives of security and sustainable development of the Asia-Pacific region, increase the danger of an arms race in the region, and pose serious risks of nuclear proliferation. The sides strongly condemn such moves and call on AUKUS participants to fulfil their nuclear and missile non-proliferation commitments in good faith and to work together to safeguard peace, stability, and development in the region.
Japan’s plans to release nuclear contaminated water from the destroyed Fukushima nuclear plant into the ocean and the potential environmental impact of such actions are of deep concern to the sides. The sides emphasize that the disposal of nuclear contaminated water should be handled with responsibility and carried out in a proper manner based on arrangements between the Japanese side and neighbouring States, other interested parties, and relevant international agencies while ensuring transparency, scientific reasoning, and in accordance with international law.
The sides believe that the U.S. withdrawal from the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles, the acceleration of research and the development of intermediate-range and shorter-range ground-based missiles and the desire to deploy them in the Asia-Pacific and European regions, as well as their transfer to the allies, entail an increase in tension and distrust, increase risks to international and regional security, lead to the weakening of international non-proliferation and arms control system, undermining global strategic stability. The sided call on the United States to respond positively to the Russian initiative and abandon its plans to deploy intermediate-range and shorter-range ground-based missiles in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. The sides will continue to maintain contacts and strengthen coordination on this issue.
The Chinese side is sympathetic to and supports the proposals put forward by the Russian Federation to create long-term legally binding security guarantees in Europe.
The sides note that the denunciation by the United States of a number of important international arms control agreements has an extremely negative impact on international and regional security and stability. The sides express concern over the advancement of U.S. plans to develop global missile defence and deploy its elements in various regions of the world, combined with capacity building of high-precision non-nuclear weapons for disarming strikes and other strategic objectives. The sides stress the importance of the peaceful uses of outer space, strongly support the central role of the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in promoting international cooperation, maintaining and developing international space law and regulation in the field of space activities. Russia and China will continue to increase cooperation on such matters of mutual interest as the long-term sustainability of space activities and the development and use of space resources. The sides oppose attempts by some States to turn outer space into an arena of armed confrontation and reiterate their intention to make all necessary efforts to prevent the weaponization of space and an arms race in outer space. They will counteract activities aimed at achieving military superiority in space and using it for combat operations. The sides affirm the need for the early launch of negotiations to conclude a legally binding multilateral instrument based on the Russian-Chinese draft treaty on the prevention of placement of weapons in outer space and the use or threat of force against space objects that would provide fundamental and reliable guarantees against an arms race and the weaponization of outer space.
Russia and China emphasize that appropriate transparency and confidence-building measures, including an international initiative/political commitment not to be the first to place weapons in space, can also contribute to the goal of preventing an arms race in outer space, but such measures should complement and not substitute the effective legally binding regime governing space activities.
The sides reaffirm their belief that the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (BWC) is an essential pillar of international peace and security. Russia and China underscore their determination to preserve the credibility and effectiveness of the Convention.
The sides affirm the need to fully respect and further strengthen the BWC, including by institutionalizing it, strengthening its mechanisms, and adopting a legally binding Protocol to the Convention with an effective verification mechanism, as well as through regular consultation and cooperation in addressing any issues related to the implementation of the Convention.
The sides emphasize that domestic and foreign bioweapons activities by the United States and its allies raise serious concerns and questions for the international community regarding their compliance with the BWC. The sides share the view that such activities pose a serious threat to the national security of the Russian Federation and China and are detrimental to the security of the respective regions. The sides call on the U.S. and its allies to act in an open, transparent, and responsible manner by properly reporting on their military biological activities conducted overseas and on their national territory, and by supporting the resumption of negotiations on a legally binding BWC Protocol with an effective verification mechanism.
The sides, reaffirming their commitment to the goal of a world free of chemical weapons, call upon all parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention to work together to uphold its credibility and effectiveness. Russia and China are deeply concerned about the politicization of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and call on all of its members to strengthen solidarity and cooperation and protect the tradition of consensual decision-making. Russia and China insist that the United States, as the sole State Party to the Convention that has not yet completed the process of eliminating chemical weapons, accelerate the elimination of its stockpiles of chemical weapons. The sides emphasize the importance of balancing the non-proliferation obligations of states with the interests of legitimate international cooperation in the use of advanced technology and related materials and equipment for peaceful purposes. The sides note the resolution entitled ”Promoting international Cooperation on Peaceful Uses in the Context of International Security“ adopted at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly on the initiative of China and co‑sponsored by Russia, and look forward to its consistent implementation in accordance with the goals set forth therein.
The sides attach great importance to the issues of governance in the field of artificial intelligence. The sides are ready to strengthen dialogue and contacts on artificial intelligence.
The sides reiterate their readiness to deepen cooperation in the field of international information security and to contribute to building an open, secure, sustainable and accessible ICT environment. The sides emphasize that the principles of the non-use of force, respect for national sovereignty and fundamental human rights and freedoms, and non-interference in the internal affairs of other States, as enshrined in the UN Charter, are applicable to the information space. Russia and China reaffirm the key role of the UN in responding to threats to international information security and express their support for the Organization in developing new norms of conduct of states in this area.
The sides welcome the implementation of the global negotiation process on international information security within a single mechanism and support in this context the work of the UN Open-ended Working Group on security of and in the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) 2021–2025 (OEWG) and express their willingness to speak with one voice within it. The sides consider it necessary to consolidate the efforts of the international community to develop new norms of responsible behaviour of States, including legal ones, as well as a universal international legal instrument regulating the activities of States in the field of ICT. The sides believe that the Global Initiative on Data Security, proposed by the Chinese side and supported, in principle, by the Russian side, provides a basis for the Working Group to discuss and elaborate responses to data security threats and other threats to international information security.
The sides reiterate their support of United Nations General Assembly resolutions 74/247 and 75/282, support the work of the relevant Ad Hoc Committee of Governmental Experts, facilitate the negotiations within the United Nations for the elaboration of an international convention on countering the use of ICTs for criminal purposes. The sides encourage constructive participation of all sides in the negotiations in order to agree as soon as possible on a credible, universal, and comprehensive convention and provide it to the United Nations General Assembly at its 78th session in strict compliance with resolution 75/282. For these purposes, Russia and China have presented a joint draft convention as a basis for negotiations.
The sides support the internationalization of Internet governance, advocate equal rights to its governance, believe that any attempts to limit their sovereign right to regulate national segments of the Internet and ensure their security are unacceptable, are interested in greater participation of the International Telecommunication Union in addressing these issues.
The sides intend to deepen bilateral cooperation in international information security on the basis of the relevant 2015 intergovernmental agreement. To this end, the sides have agreed to adopt in the near future a plan for cooperation between Russia and China in this area.

The sides underline that Russia and China, as world powers and permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, intend to firmly adhere to moral principles and accept their responsibility, strongly advocate the international system with the central coordinating role of the United Nations in international affairs, defend the world order based on international law, including the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, advance multipolarity and promote the democratization of international relations, together create an even more prospering, stable, and just world, jointly build international relations of a new type.
The Russian side notes the significance of the concept of constructing a ”community of common destiny for mankind“ proposed by the Chinese side to ensure greater solidarity of the international community and consolidation of efforts in responding to common challenges. The Chinese side notes the significance of the efforts taken by the Russian side to establish a just multipolar system of international relations.
The sides intend to strongly uphold the outcomes of the Second World War and the existing post-war world order, defend the authority of the United Nations and justice in international relations, resist attempts to deny, distort, and falsify the history of the Second World War.
In order to prevent the recurrence of the tragedy of the world war, the sides will strongly condemn actions aimed at denying the responsibility for atrocities of Nazi aggressors, militarist invaders, and their accomplices, besmirch and tarnish the honour of the victorious countries.
The sides call for the establishment of a new kind of relationships between world powers on the basis of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and mutually beneficial cooperation. They reaffirm that the new inter-State relations between Russia and China are superior to political and military alliances of the Cold War era. Friendship between the two States has no limits, there are no ”forbidden“ areas of cooperation, strengthening of bilateral strategic cooperation is neither aimed against third countries nor affected by the changing international environment and circumstantial changes in third countries.
The sides reiterate the need for consolidation, not division of the international community, the need for cooperation, not confrontation. The sides oppose the return of international relations to the state of confrontation between major powers, when the weak fall prey to the strong. The sides intend to resist attempts to substitute universally recognized formats and mechanisms that are consistent with international law for rules elaborated in private by certain nations or blocs of nations, and are against addressing international problems indirectly and without consensus, oppose power politics, bullying, unilateral sanctions, and extraterritorial application of jurisdiction, as well as the abuse of export control policies, and support trade facilitation in line with the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
The sides reaffirmed their intention to strengthen foreign policy coordination, pursue true multilateralism, strengthen cooperation on multilateral platforms, defend common interests, support the international and regional balance of power, and improve global governance.
The sides support and defend the multilateral trade system based on the central role of the World Trade Organization (WTO), take an active part in the WTO reform, opposing unilateral approaches and protectionism. The sides are ready to strengthen dialogue between partners and coordinate positions on trade and economic issues of common concern, contribute to ensuring the sustainable and stable operation of global and regional value chains, promote a more open, inclusive, transparent, non-discriminatory system of international trade and economic rules.
The sides support the G20 format as an important forum for discussing international economic cooperation issues and anti-crisis response measures, jointly promote the invigorated spirit of solidarity and cooperation within the G20, support the leading role of the association in such areas as the international fight against epidemics, world economic recovery, inclusive sustainable development, improving the global economic governance system in a fair and rational manner to collectively address global challenges.
The sides support the deepened strategic partnership within BRICS, promote the expanded cooperation in three main areas: politics and security, economy and finance, and humanitarian exchanges. In particular, Russia and China intend to encourage interaction in the fields of public health, digital economy, science, innovation and technology, including artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the increased coordination between BRICS countries on international platforms. The sides strive to further strengthen the BRICS Plus/Outreach format as an effective mechanism of dialogue with regional integration associations and organizations of developing countries and States with emerging markets.
The Russian side will fully support the Chinese side chairing the association in 2022, and assist in the fruitful holding of the XIV BRICS summit.
Russia and China aim to comprehensively strengthen the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and further enhance its role in shaping a polycentric world order based on the universally recognized principles of international law, multilateralism, equal, joint, indivisible, comprehensive and sustainable security.
They consider it important to consistently implement the agreements on improved mechanisms to counter challenges and threats to the security of SCO member states and, in the context of addressing this task, advocate expanded functionality of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure.
The sides will contribute to imparting a new quality and dynamics to the economic interaction between the SCO member States in the fields of trade, manufacturing, transport, energy, finance, investment, agriculture, customs, telecommunications, innovation and other areas of mutual interest, including through the use of advanced, resource-saving, energy efficient and ”green“ technologies.
The sides note the fruitful interaction within the SCO under the 2009 Agreement between the Governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member States on cooperation in the field of international information security, as well as within the specialized Group of Experts. In this context, they welcome the adoption of the SCO Joint Action Plan on Ensuring International Information Security for 2022–2023 by the Council of Heads of State of SCO Member States on September 17, 2021 in Dushanbe.
Russia and China proceed from the ever-increasing importance of cultural and humanitarian cooperation for the progressive development of the SCO. In order to strengthen mutual understanding between the people of the SCO member States, they will continue to effectively foster interaction in such areas as cultural ties, education, science and technology, healthcare, environmental protection, tourism, people-to-people contacts, sports.
Russia and China will continue to work to strengthen the role of APEC as the leading platform for multilateral dialogue on economic issues in the Asia-Pacific region. The sides intend to step up coordinated action to successfully implement the ”Putrajaya guidelines for the development of APEC until 2040“ with a focus on creating a free, open, fair, non-discriminatory, transparent and predictable trade and investment environment in the region. Particular emphasis will be placed on the fight against the novel coronavirus infection pandemic and economic recovery, digitalization of a wide range of different spheres of life, economic growth in remote territories and the establishment of interaction between APEC and other regional multilateral associations with a similar agenda.
The sides intend to develop cooperation within the ”Russia-India-China“ format, as well as to strengthen interaction on such venues as the East Asia Summit, ASEAN Regional Forum on Security, Meeting of Defense Ministers of the ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners. Russia and China support ASEAN’s central role in developing cooperation in East Asia, continue to increase coordination on deepened cooperation with ASEAN, and jointly promote cooperation in the areas of public health, sustainable development, combating terrorism and countering transnational crime. The sides intend to continue to work in the interest of a strengthened role of ASEAN as a key element of the regional architecture.

Belize City, Jan 27th 2022: Over the last several months I have been dreaming quite a lot in the early morning, usually around dawn. I have been dreaming about my beloved Belize, my country, and perhaps, a budding nation-state.
Last week I dreamt that I had acquired ten million Belize dollars. The first question was, what would I spend it on. What would I do with the money?
Most people would say, put it in the bank and start to live-up life – travel to exotic places and party like never before. But not Bill Lindo. NO!
Dreams of music
The first thing I would do would be to go to the convent of the Pallontine Sisters in Belize City to ask their permission to use part of the empty lot in the area to build a Music Centre – the Pat Lindo Centre. The Pallotti High School is the only high school in Belize that has a track record of teaching classical music – the music of order, of God’s Creation, not that other stuff of sex, drugs and rock and roll. The centre would be a three story, steel frame building that would host about 120 musicians on stage, and a minimum audience of 800 persons for opera, symphonic concerts, and the ballet. The centre would also have small rooms for teaching music, from playing musical instruments to learning to produce operas, and the performing arts. I imagine such an undertaking would cost about $ 6 million dollars.
Belize as a society must end the cultural pessimism that is slowly destroying our society. Music and poetry is the means humans have always used to believe that we are more than just animals, that we are capable of great things – of creation.
The classical music of Mozart, of Beethoven, of Handel, of Verdi, of Hall Johnson’s Afro-American Spirituals are what distinguish us as humans — man made in the image of his Creator. This kind of music is not random, not based on feelings, but ordered like our universe. The Americans in their education system, used to insist that every student must learn to read music and play an instrument so as to create a well-rounded educated free individual, not one merely training for some job. I don’t know if that’s still the case. As old Ben Franklin said, “Republican Democracy is the best form of government if you can keep it”. Sadly, it looks like we can’t keep it.By 2005, the cultural pessimism unleashed by evil wing of the Anglo-American oligarchy/elites had taken root in the American and European mind-set. Over a period of 40 years the high paying manufacturing jobs were moved overseas, especially to Asia, while wages became stagnant and debt became unbearable. The result is pessimism of a people.
Today, the Empire has robbed us of the beautiful unity of culture, science, and political self-government, and without this unity, the population, its culture, and its powers of reason all slowly die. It is time to create the next revolutionary leap by owning the principle of the unity of culture, science and self-government, as Mozart did, and through our actions, create a new political leadership shaped by the principles which can create our nation-state — Belize.
Today is the 266th birthday of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (born January 27th 1756). Mozart was both a musical and political revolutionary, as were his friends before him, like J.S. Bach, or his contemporary Joseph Haydn, and later Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert, and Verdi.

He lived at a time of upheaval, like today, when the young America was struggling to become a new nation. Mozart was a devout ally of the American fight and knew that if Europe and the world were going to be free of Empire, then all people had to help win the American Revolution. Mozart’s father Leopold even wrote to his son Wolfgang while he was in Paris, on April 6, 1778, saying, “Write and tell me whether France has really declared war on England. You will now see the American Minister, Dr Franklin. France recognizes the independence of the 13 American provinces and has concluded treaties with them.”
Mozart knew that the new school of British liberalism was the real enemy. In 1778, Mozart wrote to his father upon the death of Voltaire, who had been a leading agent of British liberalism. He wrote, “Now I have a piece of news for you which you may have heard already, namely, that that godless arch-rascal Voltaire has pegged out like a dog, like a beast! That is his reward!”
Following the success of the American Revolution, the year 1782 was crucial for Mozart’s own discovery in musical composition. Through the republican circles in Vienna, it was Baron van Swieten who brought Mozart and Haydn into his musical evenings. It was there where the works of J.S. Bach were finally renewed, studied, and played. These musical evenings were not only a revival of Bach’s works after decades of suppression, but also held in direct defiance of the ruling elite, especially the British Empire, which did not want Bach’s discoveries enriching the culture of the continent, nor the newly independent American colonies.
These insights from Bach along with his collaboration with Haydn, led Mozart to develop a new breakthrough in musical modality, a quality captured in his revolutionary “Haydn Quartets.” Mozart’s new compositions, including his last, his immortal “Requiem,” was a sign of Bach’s mastery of the fugal process and its role in fostering new creative insights. This musical revolution was nothing less than a new discovery into the human creative process – how creation works.
One of his last works was a prayer in Latin entitled “Ave Verum Corpus,” or “Hail True Body,” which takes up the life and death of Christ. In this beautiful and very short composition, Mozart puts before the listener the challenge of leadership. The composition’s last words are “in mortis examine” — in the test of death. Christ has died. Will you now take up his cross and carry forward “in the test of death”? Can you go to your grave with a smile on your face, knowing that with your passing you have stayed true to the ancient truths, and brought forth new discoveries which future generations can build upon? That is true immortality. In other words, it is the true secret to a life well spent.
Herr Mozart looked to inspire the population of his time, as well as all future generations to come. He hoped to help them find their inner strength, to fight for truth, to overthrow the Empire, and create real nation-states. Even today, the music of Mozart brings forth new breakthroughs and moves the mind and soul to new heights of discovery.
And the remaining $ 4 million?
I would keep about $1 million in government treasury bills and notes which would yield about $ 30,000 per year in interest. That is enough for me and my wife to live on for the rest of our lives.
I would invest the remaining $3 million in a sewing factory. I would buy machines from Taiwan and China and also establish a 600 acre farm to mechanically plant cotton and beans. Not in the manner of slavery and servitude, but as a means to build an industry and society where people can earn a living wage.
The farm would employ about 40 workers at wages ranging from $ 275/week to $ 450/week. The factory to process the cotton from the farm, to a gin, to the spinning of the cotton yarn on a bobbin will employ about 75 workers at normal wages of $ 475/week. The final process of turning the cotton into a cloth is the weaving process. This process will require some 48 workers using computer controlled looms with the average wages being some $ 560/week. The finished fabric would then go to the sewing factory where some 200 workers will turn the fabric into finished uniforms for our police, nurses, doctors and others.
Thus with an investment of $ 3 million dollars some 363 Belizean citizens would permanently earn about $ 445 per week and the country of Belize would save about $ 15 million every year in foreign exchange. Nearly every machine from the farm to the sewing factory would be computerized – leap-frogging to the latest technology so that nature instead of man can be exploited. This way high wages can be paid to workers, thus ensuring a harmonious Belizean society.
A new awakening is occurring in the United States. The drive to go to the planet Mars in the near future is creating what some are calling a Mars vortex. The interesting thing about this Mars vortex is that it is down-grading the influence of MBAs and Wall Street. It is forcing more and more recognition that the source of “prosperity lies not in clever financial calculations”, but in giving more weight to the ideas — including some which may draw initial ridicule – of scientific/engineering and production people. Production people are being pulled upward. The situation is very much like the process which took place during World War II, in which the war vortex pulled people upward within production organizations – unskilled workers became skilled workers, skilled workers became engineers, engineers became scientists. China in the last 30 years has proven this over and over.
At the same time, all of us are aware of the so-called supply problems which are causing shortages of goods, rapid price increases, and other problems. It is easy to blame the ports, the drivers, the shipping companies, and the logistics industry. However if we wish to sincerely identify the root cause of the problem we are required to go back in time, back to the mid-1980s.
American auto makers were very impressed by the Japanese Toyota model and the efficiency of its supply chain. This allowed the Japanese to produce cars in the United States at similar costs to those produced in Japan, despite the higher labour costs in America. Of particular interest was Just in Time (JIT) — no inventory costs, warehousing or tied-up capital. It worked well enough, but never as well as when the Japanese used it. The essence of the Japanese model was the relationship with its suppliers. They regarded their supply chain as an ecosystem, rather than the predatory feudal system preferred in the Western/Wall Street/Empire model. Toyota preferred to use suppliers who were within 200 miles of their plant.
Around 2001/2002 American auto makers decided that rather than embrace the Japanese (JIT) they were going to choose what they wanted and throw out what was not needed. Greed took over. Now they wanted JIT with “China prices.” And there was the rub. The JIT model was secure because it was highly localized; any risks of disruption were minimal. But that qualification didn’t matter to the MBA’s on Wall Street. Another burden, “risk”, had been outsourced to Chinese suppliers. Now the chickens have come home to roost.
Especially related to this in the last few years is the “climate change/environmental” decisions of humans on planet Earth. Of course everyone would like to breathe fresh air and drink clean water. Some degree of regulation of agriculture and industry was in order, but the tiny concession of the necessity of some regulation was twisted into the extreme mandate that the only tolerable condition is the complete eradication of human kind from planet Earth, and restoration of the Earth to the pre-human conditions. The most extreme measure in this direction was the US President Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency’s bare-faced-lie designation of a plant food – carbon dioxide (CO2) — as a pollutant, a first step to the complete closure of the fossil fuel industry and the mass deaths of mankind on Earth. Every day we hear about Ukraine and Taiwan, but those are distractions from the real fight – the unwillingness of Russia and China to abide by the West’s timeline to end the use of fossil fuels. Both countries have decided that they will determine their own future – not the global oligarchical central banking system/Empire.
While such vital industries were under attack via arbitrary imperial regulations, the British imperial financial games inside the United States were deregulated, beginning with the decoupling of the dollar from gold in 1971 and extending up through the complete deregulation of banking in 1999. These financial deregulation measures put imperial finance, centered in the City of London and Wall Street, in a commanding position over all aspects of the global economy and much of politics. Regulate the physical economy out of existence but deregulate and free up the Empire to loot, loot, loot!
This leads to questions such as these: Why is it that nations on every continent have declared, in unison, their intention to fight “climate change”? Why is it that almost every nation implemented the same failed COVID 19 policy of lockdowns and mandates? Why is it that almost every nation outside of Africa is now facing a demographic collapse? Why is it that every nation now obeys the axioms and dictates of an oligarchical central banking system/Empire? And why has this subservience worsened so much in recent decades?
Part of the reason, perhaps the major part of the reason, is fear. When confronted with the combined financial and economic power of the modern-day British financial/oligarchical empire, most nations have no defence. The City of London, Wall Street, Brussels, and the other centres of imperial finance now possess unprecedented financial power over nation states.
We as people have allowed lawyers and MBA’s to run our societies. Look around – who runs successful nation-states such as China? Every leader in China since Deng Xiaoping have been an engineer. The current President, Xi Jinping is a hydraulic engineer. In the West we incentivizes all the wrong things. If a public company announces it is outsourcing to China, the stock prices goes up. Should it plan to re-shore production, the stock goes down. If a company plans to invest in research and development, its stock is send to negative territory. JIT was good for stock prices, but it was bad for American industry. We can blame Wall Street and the “financialization” of just about every aspect of Anglo-American life in the West, including in Belize. It is why there is no industrial policy, and as long as that remains the case, there will never be a solution to the West’s crumbling societies. And here in Belize poverty will continue to hover, somewhere between 51% to 62% of the population, well into the future as we try to copy the foolish drive to “financialization”.
Never forget how the British Empire has dominated the world since 1919 — not by military might but by control of finance, language, perception, and ideas (or as some would say — lack thereof). Always look beneath the terms and appearances: what are the intentions of those who speak and act? Over and over we see that patriots/nationalists and imperialists/globalists may be using the same words, but with diametrically opposite intentions and consequences.
Make no mistake! A nation-state is not sovereign unless it has sovereign control of its currency, its credit system, and its economic future. The American genius Alexander Hamilton showed how to do this with his national banking policy. Abe Lincoln showed how to do it with his Greenback policy. George Cadle Price always –ALWAYS — identified the system of private central banking as anathema to the Belize Constitution and also as the enemy of humanity. And our former Prime Minister, Dean Oliver Barrow tried a thing – the creation of the National Bank of Belize, which is currently under attack. Why should we let a bunch of oligarchical cultists tell us differently?
And the dream? This is Belize and I would be willing to bet that Bill Lindo will never be allowed to have ten million dollars because no classical music will ever be allowed, and no manufacturing industry which increases living standards will be allowed.
Dec 31st 2021: The dawn of a New Year is in front of us. Let’s make a new wish – to bankrupt the global elites who have brought us nothing but misery over the last 38+ years.
A lot of Belizeans are of the mistaken notion that this idea of “bankrupting the global elites”, the big boys can never happen. A couple months ago I quoted a poem by the Italian Dominican priest and philosopher, Tommaso Capanella (famous for City of the Sun) who wrote, the vast majority of humans are beasts of muddy brains, or as I usually say – sheep. Below is his poem. Read it over and over until you understand what he is telling us.
The People
The People is a beast of muddy brain
That knows not its own force, and therefore stands
Loaded with wood and stone; the powerless hands
Of a mere child guide it with bit and rein.
One kick would be enough to break the chain;
But the beast fears, and what the child demands,

The sad truth is that the power of the people is immense compared to that of the oligarchs. Two things come to mind. Belize with some 420,000 population is controlled by a mere 12 families and their cronies. In other words, 100 persons control a population of 419,900. The other observation is that wealth, real wealth comes from the human mind — “The sole source of wealth is the rise in the productivity of human labour effected through technological progress.” This the way I put it in 1995 in my book – ABC’s of Economics. Remember, the elites never work. They live off the sweat of others.
After thousands of years of human history, we learn that the common folk don’t lead reforms and never revolutions. The leaders of revolution, the real leaders always come from the upper middle-class and especially from the elites themselves.
The difference, the change, the break, in human history came in the year 1776 when the majority of North American colonists of the British Empire rebelled and after 12 years of war won complete Independence and a complete break with Europe and its old ways. This revolution was originally led by Ben Franklin and later George Washington, John and his wife Abigail Adams, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson and the genius, Alexander Hamilton. This crew had a quirky, an unorthodox idea – lets order man’s relationship with each other so that instead of exploitation of man by man, mankind instead exploits nature. In a nutshell, the Americans had this idea that man is not an animal. For Ben Franklin and his elite supporters, the Empire’s belief that man is just a mere animal that can be culled like cattle is completely wrong and needs to change – by force if necessary.
However, after the extrajudicial assassination of Hamilton by the British Empire in 1804, the experiment with effecting the injunction – man is made in the image of his Creator fell out of favour and by the election of Andrew Jackson the new United States went the way of the rest of the world. Under Washington and Hamilton, by 1798 only Georgia was a slave state. The other states had all outlawed slavery, but by 1829, slavery was back with a vengeance. It was not until the military defeat of the British Empire (the Confederacy) in 1865 that slavery finally ended in the Western Hemisphere. It is very important to know that even though Abe Lincoln fought the worst war in American history losing over three quarter of million troops, the country under the leadership of Lincoln and his financier and economic advisor – Henry Charles Carey, quickly became a major world power because of the reintroduction of Alexander Hamilton’s American System of Political Economy. Within 30 years of the reintroduction of Hamilton’s American System not only in America, but in Germany and Japan, the world’s population grew from some 1.2 billion in 1900 to about 7.8 billion in 2020.
Make no mistake – only the American System of Hamilton can provide for human happiness, an end to poverty, and misery bestowed on man by man. At the end of 2020, China using the eight principles of Hamilton’s System put an end to the poverty and misery of some 800 million Chinese. The schoolmen and other propagandists of the global oligarchy have always preached that human misery and poverty will always be with us. But I reiterate, just 40 years after putting the full eight principles of Hamilton’s American System in effect 800+ million Chinese were taken out of poverty and misery. We just need the political will!
The principles that distinguish Hamilton’s capitalism from British capitalism are the following eight principles:
Exploiting nature rather than men. All our schools teach both in business and economics classes that it’s okay to exploit your fellow man. Yet most citizens of Belize know that it wrong to cheat, to steal, to exploit their fellow humankind. Slavery was and still is the institutional organization of exploiting man by other men. Take a look at the sugar belt in the North of Belize. The local cane farmer is paid about $ 54/ton for sugar cane. The cost under normal conditions to produce that ton of cane is between $ 52/ton and $ 53/ton. No business can operate at break-even for long and survive. So, the cane farmer is being cheated by the giant foreign multi-national company. If instead, nature was exploited by the use of technology (e, below) and (f, below) agricultural productivity, and high income would be paid to the cane farmers.
Tariff Protection of local agriculture and manufacturing because free trade has always benefitted the strong at the expense of the weak.Every single country in today’s world that have become an industrial nation-state and have provided a high standard of living to their citizens have done it by practicing trade protection of infant industries and agriculture. In fact, the COVID-19 crisis is showing that nearly every country on earth today is practicing protection of their local production to protect the workers of their respective countries, because of the massive dislocation of their economies. Globalization has failed.
High wages to workers, because as E. Peshine Smith, wrote: “In order to make labour-cheap, the labourer must be well-fed, well-clothed, well-lodged, well-instructed.”Over the last 150 years political-economists have known that the cheapest worker in money-terms is not necessary the cheapest in economic terms. At the end of the day, money-wages is paid for knowledge, and knowledge is expensive because while the worker is learning, he has to be fed, clothed, and given shelter. In fact, higher money-wages usually tend to increase productivity in the economy such that unit-prices tend to decrease — leading to higher standard of livings.
Money creation is a public utility and should be under the control of elected representatives of the people, not controlled by private individuals for private gain and control. For thousands of years the act of money creation was an act of the sovereign. It was only in the last 200 years that private individuals were given the authority to create new money. The power to create new money from the air is an omnipotent power given to individuals. It is tantamount to the power of life and death. Humans make other humans their enemies, and to give your enemy the power of life and death over you is just simply crazy. This is why the National Bank of Belize is absolutely necessary.
Technology and innovation always cause new methods to enter production and thus profits and wages don’t diminish but instead leads to higher productivity and thus higher wages to workers. Therefore the British theory of Diminishing Returns is not valid to physical reality. For the young people taking your first school classes of economics you are at a loss to understand what your teachers are saying. They keep making you feel foolish and stupid – that in a capitalist society no matter what you do capitalism has built-in the process that profits must fall as capitalism increases. This stupid theory has been taught by all the British economists from the Rev. Thomas Malthus, David Ricardo, Marshall, John Keynes, and the modern versions pushed in today’s schools. But the reality is, technology and innovation leads to higher productivity, thus increasing both profits and wages, leading to a harmony of interests – not class warfare.
A view of soil fertility and agricultural productivity as a product of capital investment – not nature. Science is the way to solve the problem of “mining the soil”. This concept goes back to the opposition of the Americans to both Ricardo and Malthus. Those British economists preach that man when he first settles the soil goes first to the best soil, then later to the worst. After the better soil is settled and your country runs out of good soils, then your country must take up arms – guns and conquer other countries – create colonies to exploit. But this isn’t necessary – science is the way.
Public infrastructure as a means to lower costs in an industrial society by introducing new methods of production and communications, and the public support of research and development. Agriculture and manufacturing industries need a glue to hold them together. That glue is infrastructure. All countries have a need for roads, bridges, canals, dams, buildings, etc. Belize’s problem is that we listen to our foreign instructors too much. We need to stop importing materials for our infrastructure projects and start making them ourselves, such as cement, steel, etc. On October 24th 2018, China opened the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge/tunnel. Most Western engineers said this modern wonder could not be done; it was an impossible task. After 7 years, and USD $ 20 billion dollars and the issuance of 1,500 patents the impossible was done. New types of steel, including stainless steel, new heavy duty cranes, new welding methods, were employed and the impossible was done. Those new methods will now be part of the Chinese economy which means their productivity will increase tremendously, leading to lower unit prices and higher wages to workers. This is how infrastructure causes a nation-state to create happiness among its citizens.
Government intervention in an economy. Government as the “brain” must put a bridle on corporate bodies, and must establish the pursuit of happiness as a natural right of citizens. In Belize this principle is enshrine in the PUP’s Constitution as a sacred duty of government to create full employment and completely end poverty.The propaganda we hear every day goes something like this. The private sector is the engine of growth. Before we were a colony of Great Britain so we had certain restrictions to follow. But, for the last 40 years the Belize private sector could do whatever it wished. What manufacturing industries were created? How was the standard of living increased by the investment of the private sector in the local economy? How many new jobs were created by the private sector? The truth is that Belize’s private sector created few new jobs. They created few manufacturing industries. When Belize got political independence the rate of poverty was about 23%. By the year 1998 it climbed to about 33%; and in the year 2009 it was at 43%. And by 2019 it was at 52%. Today with COVID-19 it is estimated to be some 60%. That is the legacy of the private sector that follows the British model of capitalism – today we call it neo-liberalism. And in March 2020, it was revealed that 5% of Belizeans owned some 75% of all the cash on deposits in the banks. Young people, the less-educated and people of colour in Belize don’t own stocks, bonds, or real estate. They sell their time. By the hour. And the real hourly rate has scarcely changed since independence in 1981.
So how do we as Belizeans bankrupt the global financiers who control our economy and nation-state? First we need a leader who knows and understand the elites. And we as a people must free our minds of the propaganda of the Empire.
The starting point in freeing yourself from the globalists’ economic policies is to let go of the idea of money as a measure of value. That lesson is being painfully driven home by inflation. Inflation is over 5.7% here in Belize and there is the looming danger of hyperinflation on the horizon.
Above is a photo of Elon Musk’s Starbase in Texas. Starbase is a key part of Project Artemis (the visionary project begun by President Trump to colonize the Moon as a stepping-stone to explore Mars). SpaceX is the only private company in the world to regularly launch astronauts into orbit on its own “reusable” spaceship system. In 2020, we saw the rapid progress being made by SpaceX of its self-financed development of the most spectacular rocket system ever conceived, the Starship/Superheavy. NASA gave SpaceX the contract for the development of the Artemis Human Landing System (HLS) — with an intended first landing of astronauts on the Moon by 2024.
Since SpaceX won the HLS contract, implementation was postponed by legal manoeuvring and challenges from Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin. That was finally resolved after several months, but then the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) moved in to insist that the first orbital test flight of the Starship/Superheavy rocket system could not take place until the FAA was able to complete a Programmatic Environmental Assessment report on the project. So, the rapid suborbital test flight program came to a halt and the first orbital test, which was initially planned for late summer 2021 was stopped. Now, an “environmental review,” the tool used repeatedly over the past 40 years to cripple or kill virtually every major infrastructure or advanced energy project in the West, has slowed the process further to a crawl. In early December, the FAA announced that instead of December 31st, 2021, the completion of its report has been pushed back to the end of February 2022.
So “environmental” bureaucracy and litigation is not only threatening to postpone the Artemis Project, but to cripple one of the few companies which is so far ahead of everyone else, that there really is no competition. This is the same thing the global elites used to cripple the once world-leading American nuclear/electric utility industry reducing it to a mere shell of its former self. And here in Belize the global elites and their Belizeans cronies are insisting on using the same method (environmentalism) to kill the largest infrastructure ever undertaken in Belize’s history – the killing of the Port Coral Cruise Port, and its causeway.
Every day that labour and capital equipment are delayed from developing or producing a product, is a day of expenditure without return. No company (and no country) can long endure such treatment. For several months Elon Musk has been saying publicly that America must return to the American System of Hamilton. While I have been writing since 1995 that Capital is just “saved-labour”, he has been calling it “distilled-labor”. On Dec 7th 2021, in Austin Texas he said, “The foundation of the economy is labor. Capital equipment is essentially distilled labor. The fundamental constrained is labor. There are not enough people. And I think one of the biggest risks to civilization is the low birth rate, and the rapidly declining birth rate. And yet so many people – including smart people – think that there are too many people in the world, think that the population is growing out of control. It’s completely the opposite…all national economic policy must be organized around encouraging rapid investment into more and more productive capital equipment to enable rapid increases in the productivity of the worker.”
If, instead, you think as Hamilton said, that wealth comes from increasing the productive powers of human labour, through scientific advance and increases in the capital intensity of the economy, we can:
Bankrupt the global elite, by no longer worshipping and bailing out their mountains of worthless financial and monetary “paper” assets.
Return to Hamilton’s American method of sovereign credit creation, (read Hamilton’s paper on Public Credit) for the purpose of advancing the productive powers of human labour and the physical and capital output of the economy. Start by depositing half of government revenue in the National Bank of Belize. The National Bank along with the Central Bank together must fund the agricultural, manufacturing, research & development and especially the “machine tool” of Belize’s economy. The private commercial banks have their place in Belize’s future, but they will never fund the credit of the physical productive economy – that’s not their job. Belize must in the next 4 years increase exports by at least 5 times the current amounts and keep imports steady at the current level. Who will finance this? The National Bank and the Central Bank of Belize. Raising interest rates will not stem inflation. When supply and demand increase together, prices remain stable while incomes and GDP go up.
These are the concepts which must be understood and acted upon, if we are to defeat our nation’s global and domestic enemies and quench the inflationary firestorm soon to consume us. Take some time to better learn Alexander Hamilton’s, Abe Lincoln and his financier/economist Henry Charles Carey, and Franklin D. Roosevelt and his Vice President Henry Agard Wallace’s language of human economics.
Belizeans, understand that we have a choice. As long as we allow the global elites who consider us as animals to capture our governments using their lawyers, then your future is one of misery, destruction and death. The opposite is to allow those members of the elite who believe that man is made in the image of his Creator to support politicians, then you and your family will have a continuous high standard of living in freedom and happiness for our present and our future.
Belize City, Dec 19th 2021: Every day we turn on the news, especially the American and British main-stream news we either hear that Russia has gone crazy and will shortly invade Ukraine, or China has also gone mad and will very shortly invade Taiwan. And then we continue to hear about COVID-19, and the newest variant, Omicron.
What is happening? What is the truth? Most of us should know that the corporate owned main-stream media is owned and controlled by the big boys, the elites and that a lot of the news is pure propaganda and untruths. Today we say – fake news.
Elites Control
We need to go back in time to understand the happenings of today. Most Belizeans don’t like to hear about history because our masters have done a good job to make us fools. People who don’t know history are bound to repeat it. A very true statement for our times. Humans have been on this planet called Earth for a million or more years and our civilization and written history is over ten thousand years old. Of the major civilizations of Persia, Mesopotamia, and the Incas only the Chinese civilization survived. Throughout the last ten thousand years of written history, we know that all countries have been run by the elites of their countries.
The elites run the economies, the politics, the judicatory, the religion, and the institutions. They are the ones with the knowledge, the know-how, the money, the connections, and the culture. They control the schools and what is taught, the police and the military. And they decide if there will be war or peace, and most of all who will be rich and who will be poor.
Usually, the elites/oligarchy are not monolithic, but have usually two different and opposite views of man and his place in the universe – one side (the minority) believes that man is made in the image of God and the other side (the majority) believes that man can be culled at will because he is just an animal. Throughout history, especially of the last 200 hundred years, when global population grew from about 1 billion to some 7.8 billion at the end of 2020, and people’s life-span increased from some 40 year to today’s 72 years, this all happened because one section of the oligarchy got- away with an experiment in North America that worked beyond their wildest dreams. The experiment in 1776, again in 1860 and 1933 was able to release the energy of the human mind to exploit nature instead of his fellow man and for the first time in recorded history allowed the majority of the American people to live a life of luxury and happiness. The injunction – “be fruitful and multiply” and “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” became real and common place.
At the end of World War II attempts were made by the Western global oligarchy – the Anglo-American establishment led by the Rockefeller and Rothschild families to establish a global dictatorship – a totalitarian or Democratic Fascism as they called it, but the former European colonial territories would have none of it and with the support of the former Soviet Union the global plans of the Western elites failed. But the big boys don’t think of a year, nor five years – they think in terms of a thousand year Reich.
Attempt for Global Control
In 1971/1972 they were back at it again. On August 15th 1971, U.S. President Richard Nixon was urged to break-up the Bretton Woods System by removing the fixed exchange currency system from the backing of gold. From now on instead of having a limit to how much United States Dollars can be printed, the dollar now became a fiat currency with the amounts being decided by the Federal System, especially the New York Fed. According to US economist, John Kenneth Galbraith, before 1971, the quantity of US Dollar in circulation was 2% for speculation and the balance of 98% was for global trading, but within 8 years of the end of the Bretton Woods System, the quantity of US Dollars related to trade was some 3% and the other 97% was all for speculation – gambling.
In 1972 the Club of Rome, an institution of the global elites led by the British Empire which had reformed itself into a global financial power published its famous report – “Limits to Growth”, which started the global drive for genocide by the majority of the global oligarchy. It was the old Malthusian nonsense that man is overpopulating the earth and that because of industrialization, man will use-up all the resources humans need to sustain life on our planet. This idea of over-population is as old as man – around 500BC, the global human population was estimated at some 150 million persons. The Persians of the Tigris were already talking and writing that the population of the region was growing too fast and that measures need to be put in place to control this growth lest mankind run-out of the natural resources it depended on. Genocide has always been part of the majority oligarchy/elites play-book.
In October 1973 came the Oil Crisis because they say of the West’s support of Israel in the Yom Kippur War, but the real reason was Henry Kissinger’s desire to recycle petro-dollars to rescue the new neo-liberal system due to the effects of the fall of Bretton Woods System. Oil prices went from USD $ 25 per barrel to some $ 46.35 per barrel, thus depriving the developing world of economic advancement. The same Kissinger who in December 1974 released to the oligarchy his National Security Study Memorandum (NSSM) 200. In it he clearly stated that the third-world or developing world must never be allowed to use their resources and never be allowed to industrialize as viable nation-states, especially with help from the then Soviet Union.
Belizeans must remember that only industrialization based on the model of the American system – George Price’s mixed economy, can provide a continuous high standard of living for the majority of citizens. In Belize the drive to industrialization started in the late 1960’s and continued to about 1983, when the results of the third-world 1982 debt-crisis hit Belize, and forced Price’s PUP government to run to the IMF for a financial bail-out, which resulted in the defeat of Price’s PUP for the first time in the 1984 general elections. It also ended Belize’s nascent drive to establish factories and other things that used the creative power of the individual mind – no more made in the image of the Creator.
Within a couple of years, a change started in Belize. Suddenly, men could not work and make enough money to support families. Now the woman was required to find a job to make ends-meet. TV was also introduced in Belize at this time. And as Said Musa said “it was worse than an army of ten thousand”. Belize like most of the world under the thumb of the evil wing of the global elites, turned to neo-liberalism – the new form of colonialism, of imperialism on the march to democratic fascism, or totalitarianism – total subservience to the state led by the corporations.
And the clincher was the promotion of the drug, sex, and rock counter-culture. As they use to say in the 1970’s we will destroy the Age of Pisces and usher in the Age of Aquarius – the anti-Christ will reign. The problems of the Vietnam War was creating a lot of psychological problems for the “baby boomers” of the advanced industrial countries, especially in the United States. At the end, a lot of them became cowards. Remember the United States was formed and built on the premise of hope, on the ability to achieve, to conquer nature, to conquer poverty, of optimism. A belief in science and technology (applied science – engineering) to not only solve any problem, but to achieve a continuous high standard of living.
This is where music, the classical music of Mozart, of Beethoven, of Handel, of Verdi, of Hall Johnson’s Afro-American Spirituals comes in. This kind of music is not random, not feelings, but ordered like our universe. The Americans in their education system, use to insist that every student must learn to read music and play an instrument so as to create a well-rounded educated free individual, not one merely training for some job. As old Ben Franklin said, “Republican Democracy is the best form of government if you can keep it”. By the year 2005, the cultural pessimism unleashed by evil wing of the Anglo-American oligarchy/elites had taken root in the American and European mind-set. Over a period of 40 years the high paying manufacturing jobs were moved overseas, especially to Asia, while wages became stagnant and debt becoming unbearable. The result is pessimism of a people.
Covid another Attempt for Control
Recently, Dr Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccine core platform technology reviewed a theory by Professor Mattias Desmet, a Belgian psychologist and also a statistician, explaining the absurd and crazy irrational behaviour we are seeing worldwide with regard to the COVID pandemic and its countermeasures. COVID is a bio-weapon unleash by the evil wing of the global elites to control, to dominate and kill “useless eaters” – genocide. People especially those in authority should read the article that Dr Leo Alexander warned about in 1949 – Medical Science Under Dictatorship written following the Nuremberg Trial of the Nazi medical doctors. Professor Desmet says this is “mass formation psychosis”, a type of crowd hypnosis that results in converting a large segment of the population into psychosis. Mass formation psychosis is the explanation for how the Germans accepted the atrocities by the Nazi Party during the 1930-45 period, and the explanation for why so many around the world support medical apartheid and the destruction, even death of the unvaccinated today. It’s so irrational and inhumane, that many people are wondering how we have gotten to this stage. But the psychology of totalitarianism has been studied from the 1930’s and according to the Dr Desmet and Dr Malone, when certain conditions exist in society, we can expect that this phenomenon will occur.
The four conditions they say are:
Seeing life as meaningless, senseless. Most people are sleepwalking through their day, putting no effort nor passion into their jobs.
Lack of social bonding. Most were already lonely, and the pandemic made isolation worst. Then people were told that contact with loved ones and friends could be a death sentence.
Widespread anxiety, especially “free-floating” meaning there is no apparent cause for your anxiety. Most people already felt that things were not right – that our justice system was broken, our medical system was very unfair, etc.
Widespread frustration and aggression, especially the free-floating. But again there seems as there is no real reason for this.
As Dr Desmet said in his interview, “If you look at the corona crisis and listen to the mainstream narrative, you will hear that everything is about solidarity. You have to participate, you have to accept the vaccine. You have to respect social distancing, because if you don’t, you lack citizenship, you show no solidarity. That’s the most crucial thing, always, in mass formation… it’s not because people believe the narrative, it is because the narrative leads to a new social bond.”
The corona crisis has worked very much to the advantage of the evil oligarchy/elites. Every country on Earth is on-board the bandwagon of the WHO/Gates/Rockefeller train. They have managed to postpone the collapse of the bankrupt financial system with massive money printing. And more importantly, they have nearly succeeded in their totalitarian desire to control the human race. The problem is always greed. Some humans are never satisfied, they never get enough. Now they are in a rush to commit genocide. Remember the COP 26?
China & Russia Reject Genocide
The massive grandiose, thirteen-day “world climate summit” in Glasgow, Scotland in November, COP 26, was publicly acknowledged by its Anglo-American leaders to have broken-down — a failure which U.S. President Joe Biden and others angrily blamed on Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Within three weeks of that “FLOP 26,” London Ministers and U.S. Intelligence agencies had ratcheted up a U.S./Russia confrontation over Ukraine to the point that a Russian invasion was claimed throughout NATO circles to be virtually certain and imminent, with warnings of a second, inadvertent “Cuban Missiles Crisis.” And at the same time the Americans and Europeans are turning up the heat on China accusing it of being on the brink of invasion of Taiwan. Even the former Prime Minister Abe of Japan got in the act, warning China that Japan will not stand idle-by if China invades Taiwan.
Two facts: first, Russia has moved its troops within its own border, and secondly, NATO is the problem. The Russians were given solemn promises in writing by the British, French, Americans and Germans in 1990 that if Russia removed its troops from Eastern Germany and Eastern Europe, NATO would not expand eastward. Today NATO has moved 600 miles towards Russia and now they are trying to put nuclear weapons on Russia’s border in Ukraine. All Russia is saying, if you try to put troops or weapons of mass destruction on my border I will retake Ukraine as part of Russia. It is a matter of survival. As for Taiwan, Formosa as it has been known in history, has always been an integral part of China. The Allies had agreed in 1945 that Formosa will be taken from Japan which had seized it in the 1905 Japan/Russia/China war and kept it as a colony until 1945 when it was returned to China. In 1949, the People’s Liberation Army of Mao Zedong won the Chinese Civil War. The American military in Japan (still there since 1945) helped the Chinese Nationalists led by President/General Chiang Kai-shek to escape to the island of Formosa. When the Korean Civil War broke out in 1950, the Americans supported Chiang and his Chinese Nationalists to remain in Taiwan. And until 1971 they supported the Taiwan government as the legitimate and only government of China. Even today the government of Taiwan calls itself The Republic of China on Taiwan, while the government in Beijing is called the People’s Republic of China.

British-led imperialists, using NATO’s power and civilian offshoots, such as Chatham House, have been demanding zero growth and world population reduction since promoting the Club of Rome and its Limits to Growth book in 1972. But the last few years’ mobilization of the major central banks, and the move by the biggest London and Wall Street financial firms, to “shift the trillions” out of energy-dense technologies and into “green finance,” is causing economic upheavals in trans-Atlantic countries and confrontation with major powers China and Russia and others which will not accept this policy.
This change of policy was first made public at the annual central banks gathering at the Jackson Hole symposium when Larry Fink of Black Rock (Black Rock is the largest money-management firm in the world with over USD $ 12 trillion in assets under management, giving Black Rock enormous power over the global financial system) and Mark Carney, former governor of the Bank of England demanded that the central bankers and all private banks stop investing in all energy except for wind and solar. That has been the standard for the last two years, and its failure is plain for all to see. In the UK after shutting down their biggest coal electric generating plant, they were forced just before COP 26 to hurry to restart it or face massive blackouts in the middle and North East of the UK. China and India have recently experienced the same scenario; shutting down coal electric power plants and then hurriedly restarting them because the wind and solar cannot take up the slack – these are very inefficient means of generating power.
Let’s be real! At this stage of human development in the year of our Lord 2021, fossil fuels are what drive the economies of the planet called Earth. No petroleum, no 7.8 billion people. No fossil fuels, no food. No fossil fuel, no transportation, regardless if by ship, truck, car or airplane. Those who live in the north and south of the planet depend on fossil fuels to heat up their homes. The other sources of power generation, namely nuclear have been bad-mouthed over the years by the global oligarchy and their mouth pieces in academia and Hollywood. Nuclear is the most efficient source of power generation the world knows at this time of our development. Currently only Russia and China are building new nuclear power plants.
So, will there be war between the Anglo-Americans and Russia and China? I doubt it. All three are powerful nuclear nation-states. Even though China and Russia are going along with the COVID fascism of the global elites, they are refusing to go along with the request to sacrifice their economies to the depopulation (genocide) of the majority Global oligarchy/elites. The UK’s Prince Charles and his anti-carbon climate extremists’ bankers, are demanding the sacrifice of populations and economies – reliable electric power, heat, livestock growing, and farming, manufacturing industry— to the planet.
And Belize?
And here in Belize, we are dutifully going along with our new masters. When they told us to take the territorial dispute with Guatemala to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague, like good subjects we dutifully agreed. Recently, we sent a huge delegation to FLOP 26 and even made world news in demanding that others dutifully follow the command of Prince Charles and commit suicide by forgoing any industrialization of their countries, including our Belize.
Instead at COP 26 our government signed a Blue Bond which will see the “rat minding the cheese” – some 30% of the seas of Belize including the all-important exclusive zone will be turned-over to The Nature Conservancy (TNC), a Rockefeller organization that will decide how to manage those resources in and under the seas. And what does Belize get in return for giving away its sovereign resources? Some USD $ 245 + million dollars hair-cut on its USD $ 546 million unpayable bonds. On November 4th 2021, EURODAD a European think tank wrote, “Making sense of Belize’s Blue Bond Proposal” and concluded that while, “Lauded by its proponents as a “ground-breaking” and “innovate approach,” the proposal raises concerns upon closer review and is likely to turn into a costly missed opportunity for everyone involved …The restructuring merely shifts the risks of losses from old to new creditors while leaving the country saddled with an unstainable debt burden. The country is an unfortunate, but perfect example of the too little too late problem of sovereign debt restructuring.”
Even the IMF described Belize’s debt as “unstainable”. Belize has given away its valuable resources for peanuts and kicked the can down the road for its children to reap the unbearable burden of unpayable debt which it cannot solve. Belize is a small open economy with a small inefficient unproductive population of some 425,000 persons. The country exports goods of some $ 400 million per year and imports about $2,000 million per year. So, how does it cover its deficit of $ 1,600 million dollars per year? Government borrows some $ 150 million per year, foreign investors put some $ 120 million dollars per year, the drug/illegal trade puts $ 500 million dollars, remittances, net is about $ 140 million dollars, and the net from the leisure sector brings in some $ 690 million dollars. Belize imports about half of the food it eats, and nearly 95% of the manufacturers that it consumes, including nearly all the machines including transportation. Some 60% of the population lives below the poverty line. Less than 10% of its work-force have any rudimentary skills. Industrial production accounts for some 11% of GDP, which itself is not a good measure of anything worthwhile. Belize is on the verge of becoming a failed-state.
In effect, the current economy of Belize cannot repay USD $ 546 million dollars, nor USD $ 312 million dollars, not even USD $ 150 million dollars unless imports are cut by 50% and exports increased 3 times. And increasing tourism will not cut it. First of all, only about 15% of the 690 million dollars net comes to or stays in Belize. Foreigners use the resources of Belize to make money, while the local workers get menial wages just enough to eat so they can come back the next day to work. Meanwhile, raw agriculture is another dead end. In the north, sugar is king. But Belizeans gave away their means of that livehood back to the colonial master and now work for pittance for the giant foreign multinational corporation. And in the south, greed has allowed the destruction of the once vibrant citrus farms and factory. The disease killing the trees can be cured, but the big boys are refusing in order to gain complete control.
As I have written for the last 40 years, creativity is usually sparked by a problem. The irritation, inconvenience, inability, or barrier, spurs the creative mind to search for new ways, new approaches and new vantage-points. Often the creative solution lies in application of a principle different from the problem. A new insight or as Plato said, “hypothesis” lays the basis for progress in society, and the increase of potential relative to the population density. But the grease necessary to go along with this product of the human mind, is that foolish thing we call money. The government of Belize has already formed the National Bank of Belize which is owned by the people of Belize. But it is being suppressed by the foreign owners of our financial system. The shackles must be taken off the National Bank of Belize so that it can create at least $ 1 billion dollars per year in new money to finance the development of Belize. No foreign owned commercial bank will lend cheap and easy money for agriculture and manufacturing. They have been running the financial sector of Belize for the last 100 years and nothing has happened. You really think it will like magic occur now? So, Belize needs the power of the human mind to create, the National Bank of Belize and the “leap-frogging” of the physical economy to make manufacturing about 45% of GDP and scientists and engineers 10% of the labour-force. The progressive wing of the local oligarchy/elites must ensure that we bring back Christianity and we industrialize our country.
But don’t hold your breath. This is Belize! A loyal member of the British realm of Elizabeth II. We know how to follow orders. In a few days we will celebrate we say the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus, but we have no sense of the meaning of the words – sovereignty, Independence, that the sole source of wealth is the human mind much less, Jesus’ most popular words – “and forgive them their debts.”
Belize City, Oct 26th 2021: In order to critically look at the current state of Belize’s economy and how to improve it we must first go back to the fundamentals – the philosophy, the creed, the belief system of our country and people.
Man made in image of Creator
We as Christians will soon be celebrating the birth of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ in this year of our Lord 2021. With the birth of Christ the Redeemer, and the role of his Apostles, there was a new concept of man and his society, which was based on the foundations of the Classical Greek tradition, especially the ideas associated with the works of Plato. It was a powerful idea – the idea that man is not an animal. Man, unlike the other species, is capable of wilfully increasing our species’ power in, and over the universe. Our Christian Bible’s first chapter, Genesis, states: Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fishes of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (English Standard Version of the Bible).
This is possible, because we have a power which is called cognition – the power to discover universal physical and other principles, to prove that those principles are correct, and to apply those principles in ways which enable us humans to increase mankind’s power in and over the universe and to improve the conditions of life of the human being. Now when cognition is combined with the determination to do good, society progresses. Here good is described in the sense of improving the conditions of life of human beings through the use of this power – it was called in the Ancient Greek of Plato, Agape, which in English is love akin to the love that St. Paul wrote about in 1st Corinthians.
From the above flowed the events of 1776 and the events that shook the World. For the first time in recorded history (the over ten thousand years of recorded human history) a nation-state was wilfully founded on the principle of man made in the image of his Creator – the Constitution of the United States of America which was mostly written by that American genius, Alexander Hamilton, an early and great American economist and brilliant American lawyer, along with the universal genius, Ben Franklin.
From Franklin and Hamilton came the idea that a national government has no moral authority, except as it is founded on an absolute commitment to promote and defend the general welfare or the common good of all of its people, including their posterity. The only foundation of law, is the principle of the general welfare/common good — all human beings are equally made in the image of the Creator. Therefore, it is our obligation to promote their general welfare/common good as creatures of cognition, and reason, to develop and cultivate, to develop all children, to develop all adults, equally, and to promote actively that general welfare/common good. Our concern as Belizeans and inhabitants of planet Earth is the emergence of governments which correspond to this principle of the general welfare/common good, which also happens to be the foundation of law in the Preamble of our Belizean Constitution and of the constitution of the People’s United Party. Belize’s Constitution was written by Harry Courtney while its concepts came from George Price. George Price, who gave us our Constitution as a nation-state and the Constitution and Creed of the Peoples United Party (PUP), as a founder, was educated in America — NOT trained, before the year 1971.
Our founding fathers would never submit to the Aristotelian ideas of a “steady state society,” in which the only changes allowed were associated with warfare among squabbling oligarchs.
Our Belizean ancestors sought to give immortal meaning to their lives by creating a New Belize in which creative contributions would be encouraged, cherished and passed down to succeeding generations. Any new thoughts, strategies or products which might affect the old “steady state” relationships between oligarchs and underlings were, and to some extent are still persecuted in many ways by the colonial masters. Over time the empire’s methods and practices became very subtle.
This brings us to the impetus for this writing — what is killing our Belizean economy? How is hope being extracted out of us? Take a look at what has been happening to people who uplift society with new ideas. What has been happening to the source of wealth—the human mind?

The physical economy – not FIRE is the real economy
The globalized system which puts money over physical production is now in its inevitable collapse-phase. Today’s shortages and higher prices are not going to go away under the current system. The so-called supply constraints are not because of COVID-19 but the face of the global collapse caused by the gutting of the physical economy by the financiers, et al. The supply constraints will only cascade. This collapse started September 17th 2019 when the inter-bank market buckled. The big boys/the global oligarchy knew there could not be a repeat of the financial bailout of 2009, so a new bio-weapon was released on the countries of the world – COVID 19. The success of COVID 19 was great. The global oligarchs got a windfall. Suddenly, the possibility of what the Davos group called the Great Reset was possible beyond their wildest dreams – the return to feudalism and slavery for us to be serfs and peons.
Now, the subject that my detractors like — the collapse of the global financial system. Read any of the financial press and you will be struck by the fact that every one of them knows the crash is underway. For those who are interested see, www.bonnerandpartners.com ; https://wallstreetonparade.com ; www.zerohedge.com; who speak of the problems in the FIRE (financial, insurance and real estate) sector which acts as a parasite by attaching itself to the real physical economy. Debt cannot be created without the physical economy’s ability to repay debt. The late physical economist and statesman, Lyndon LaRouche “Triple Curve” describes the situation when the physical economy of agriculture, manufacturing, wages, profits is contracting, but both financial aggregates (debt) and monetary aggregates (money supply) are raising rapidly and at a rapidly increasing rate. At the point where these curves cross (because the money supply must head for the sky to replace cascading losses in debt assets) the financial system is set for a collapse. Only God knows the time.
If Belize’s economy grew by 2 % or 20% is not important. We need to change our mind-set, and stop playing the games of the international oligarchy. The average citizen of Belize cares little or nothing about rates of growth. SIB says the average income per month for the 190,000 labour-force is Bz $ 1,134 or about Bz $ 56 per day. But we know that about 74,000 or 39% of the total labour-force earns some Bz $ 695 per month or $ 34.75 per day or Bz $ 4.34 per hour. But there’s another 36,000 (19% of workers) whose monthly income is about Bz $ 520 or Bz $ 26 per day or Bz $ 3.25 per hour. And the few, about 10,000 men and women earn more than Bz $ 3,000 per month or about $ 750 per week. This is about 5% of the total labour-force. Imagine – only 5% of the population has a living wage! This lack of income for the vast majority of Belizeans is the fundamental problem facing our country. We can take the methodology that was used in the 2008/2009 Halcrow study on poverty in Belize and using data from SIB, and the result is that 58% of our population is living in poverty. A couple months ago, SIB reported that the number for 2019 was some 52%, but that the COVID-19 collapse has pushed it to some 60% or more. Sixty percent equates to more than 252,000 citizens. Shame on you, Belize!
Today, local manufacturing which is the only sector that can pay high wages is less in contribution to the economy than in was in 1970. Belize too often follows the dictates of the global elite, think of the Rothschild’s and Rockefellers here, and the multilaterals. A direct result of this disregard for manufacturing is the low wages and productivity of Belizean workers. This sector of Belize’s physical economy currently contributes about 16% to GDP. In a properly functioning economy the industrial sector should be at least 38% of the GDP.
In 1956 after George Price became the undisputed leader, the goal of the PUP shifted to “full independence” or what is known as a “full-set economy”, meaning political, economic and financial independence for the new nation-state of Belize in the heart of the Caribbean. It does not mean putting all our eggs into one basket. It means creating an economy that uplifts the Belizean man, woman and child.
Making Plan Belize a Reality
The current government is governed by members of the Peoples United Party (PUP). The Manifesto that the PUP presented to the Belizean electorate in the run up to the 2020 elections, promoted three main areas:
Creation of 50,000 high-paying and new, permanent jobs at living wages
Building 10,000 new durable homes
Allocation of 60,000 + house lots and farm lands
These promises can never be accomplished if our government continues with its current neo-liberal economic policies. If we continue our efforts, the way the global elite (Rothschild’s and Rockefellers) have designed the post-COVID world, such as the Great Reset and the Green New Deal, or promoting the covid police state where about 30% of Belizeans are skipping meals, then things will get worse. It certainly will not get better.
The premise on which the creation of 50,000 new jobs, 10,000 new durable houses, and the 60,000 + house lots and farm lands is based on the following from the PUP Research Committee Report:
“Only industrial manufacturing can pay workers $ 100 per day ($ 24,000 per year) or more and be competitive. Therefore, if Belize wishes to eradicate poverty, it MUST become an industrial manufacturing nation-state to be able to pay high money-wages. Today’s Belize cannot successfully industrialize unless it educate its population to at least a high school level. Only government for various reasons can cause manufacturing of the scale necessary to occur. And along with manufacturing industries must come the high tech modernization of agriculture. In an economy devoted to manufacturing the key is machine tools – the machines that make other machines. Belize needs new state-of-the-art CNC machine tools from say Germany or Taiwan. These CNC machines need operators with at least a sixth form education, and engineers to repair and construct them. Belize needs to “leap-frog” to high-tech manufacturing – automation and robotics if we want to be competitive in today’s world. Any machines we buy must be of the latest technology.
“The key question in economics is demand. But a country of 400,000 population will never generate enough demand for goods for a fully Independent nation-state. However, certain goods especially for reasons of National Security MUST be made in Belize by Belizeans and the factories MUST be owned by Belizeans/GoB. The following can be made in Belize: steel; cement; fertilizers; printing paper; drugs; cardboard boxes; cotton cloth; weapons (small arms); boats and ships up to 500 ft.; tractors; electric wire; paints; and many others. There is no list for what a country can manufacture. The market along with National Security will determine the products.
“Most manufacturing industries will be owned by GoB and perhaps after ten or more years some of the shares may be sold to local investors in a small capital market. But certain industries can NEVER be owned by foreigners because of National Security issues. While others can be joint partnerships of local private and GoB. Machine tool Shops are mostly partnership owned because the “knowledge & drive” of the private owner is necessary and the initial investment is high.”
The truth is that the good things the PUP proposed are yet to come to fruition. Sadly, there remains two opposing forces within the PUP. The first believes that man, created in the image of God, deserves a life worth living. The second remain fixated on colonial theories of what we deserve as Belizeans. Ultimately, the latter promotes extraction and servitude through plantation agriculture and the leisure economy led by foreign investors. At the end of the day, we have to accurately state why these factions exist and where we are heading in the future. This is a crucial battle. Only a full recognition of who we are and who the globalists and foreign oligarchy are, and the fact that this is a battle between two irreconcilable economic systems will prevent them from taking all of us down in their collapsing system.
Why Aren’t We Supporting Our Local Investors?
After the general elections of November 2020, some sixteen elected representatives were used to form a cabinet and thus a government, but decision-making is in the hands of a few, who are committed to the neoliberal agenda where foreign investors take precedence over local investors. In November 2020 the majority had its say; they did not get their way. The system became so blatantly pay-to-play. But it has not been only the average Belizean who have been squeezed, local investors also got a rude awakening. The spoils have been auctioned off to the large international players; the global oligarchy is now in charge in Belize. The deals being made across Belize are all interconnected. The players are the same. Where does PHX Capital fit in? More on that in a later blog.
Let’s take a look at the case of the three cruise terminals proposed for Belize City. We know that we can only afford one cruise terminal, given the possible cumulative effect on our carrying capacity. Period. Constructing more than one in this area will destroy our tourism product. Our former Prime Minister, Hon. Said Musa said, “follow the money”. We should note that one cruise terminal development is being led by a local investor while foreign investors are the proponents behind the other two.
The local investor, the Feinstein Group have been investing across the length and breadth of this country for the last 25 + years. They have already invested over $ 140 million dollars in the terminal at Stake Bank. At its completion it is expected that $ 400 million would have been invested. The Feinstein Group is one of the largest employer in Belize at around 2,000 employees. About 400 persons are employed full time at Stake Bank (the Port Coral project). The vast majority of these employees come from impoverished communities in Belize. And commendably, the Group trains about half of the Stake Bank employees in construction trade, such as carpentry, welding, and plumbing. This provides these 200 persons with skills they can carry forward to be productive Belizeans. Lately there has been an organised opposition to a central component of the Port Coral project – the causeway. Without the causeway the project is just not viable.
The other two cruise terminals, that are only a few miles from Port Coral are Ports of Belize (Waterloo) from the Ashcroft Alliance and the Port of Belize Magical led we are told by the Royal Boskalis Westminster from Netherlands, which just happens to be the largest dredging company in the world. HAL investments, a USD $ 17 billion dollar European company owns 45% of Royal Boskalis Westminster and are looking to divest from their fossil fuel interests. I have repeatedly said that the global oligarchs have two related concepts they pursue – extracting the most “ground-rent” from any project, business, and entity, and their view of humans as mere animals and thus to be culled to reduce population pressures on resources, especially natural resources. In some circles they are known as “white supremacists” – proponents of genocide especially against people of colour.
So the important question is why? Why the vicious attack on Port Coral? In Belize do foreigners come before Belizeans? Must we continuously destroy our own for forigners?
From the history books we can read about the American engineer George Westinghouse Jr, who created over 60 new industries from air brakes on trains, to transmission of natural gas to electric transformers, and filed hundreds of patents along with countless patents from his employees. It’s said that Westinghouse was always down on the shop floor or in the lab, personally solving problems. There were never any strikes at any of his firms, because he was pushing to uplift working and living conditions for his people just as he intended for society generally. Not surprisingly, Westinghouse’s problems were not with his workers but with the banks. He invested his profits into his people and projects, and during the Panic of 1907, with no separate private fortune to fall back on, he lost control of his most important company, Westinghouse Electric, to the JP Morgan and Rockefeller banks.
Over time the corrupting influence of the remote control by “investors” and financiers, gradually sucked the creativity and life out of Westinghouse Company. The same bank-takeover process had previously been imposed upon Thomas Edison and on most railroads, and was only later avoided by Henry Ford through extraordinary measures. Empire operatives became the theorists and experts in the area of manipulation of currencies, prices and “markets” and eventually were able to cut off credit for national projects and promising entrepreneurs. The premise was simple, if it could not be stopped, then “rationalize” it.
In rationalization, the oligarch will seek to apply the ground-rent approach to industry. As Rockefeller said: “We know how to produce the product. We just have to figure out how to extract the most ‘rent’ possible from the process: lower the cost per unit input, decrease the cost of labour, cut out research and development, buy out competitors’ patents, increase the scale and speed of production, and manipulate increased demand… We have a linear, steady-state process which we can extract (loot) indefinitely.” Such oligarchical thinking imposed mostly by the foreign bankers upon infant Belizean industry, and the Belizean worker, has nearly wiped out our budding Belizean industries. Such thinking has easily merged into straight British imperial free trade and globalization dogmas of the neo-liberals. It’s almost like we were never freed from servitude.
But make no mistake, such “rationalized,” steady-state system will eventually kill itself. At any given technology, the input resources easiest to obtain will be used up, and force the substitution of input resources more and more difficult to obtain, and therefore will likely be more expensive. Eventually this leads to collapse of the business or firm.
Fortunately, despite all of the traps set to kill off Belizean entrepreneurship, there are still people rapidly founding new productive enterprises based upon prospective new or better ideas for solving problems. However, most of these new start-ups are funded by speculators who are also part of the “financialization” of everything. We must allow the National Bank of Belize to issue credit not only to the great national projects, but also to issue the credit necessary to develop the creative new start-ups which will be the foundation of our future prosperity. Let’s finally make the National Bank of Belize viable so that it can help create the 50,000 new jobs Belize so desperately needs now — not five years later.
Belize City, Sept 26th 2021: On Sept 12th I wrote that the door to tyranny was opening in Belize and that “Belize is divided over the impact of COVID-19 and the promotion of vaccines as a miracle cure. This division grows more vocal as the weeks pass with each side becoming more entrenched. The division has at times become emotional, with one prominent doctor in Belize calling persons who have decided not to be vaccinated, as stupid.”
In that September 12th article, I also wrote about the global drive starting in 1910 to control not just the local population of one’s own country but the entire World. By the year 1925, the Germans would not go along with the control of the Anglo-Americans (Rothschild’s and Rockefeller, et al) and by 1939 had launched a global war (World War II) to be the ones in control. The combination of the Allies – United States of America, Soviet Russia, China, and the British Empire defeated the Axis Powers – Germany, Japan and Italy.
But by 1949, four years after the defeat of the Axis Powers, the Allies were fighting among themselves for global control of the planet called Earth. The collapsing British Empire led by Winston Churchill had seduced the Americans, then led by President Harry S. Truman, to go after Soviet Russia and China (Mao had just won the Chinese Civil War and China was now Communist). Because of nuclear power no side could attack the other, so the world settled into a so-called “Cold War” for the next 40+ years.
At the end of the Second World War there were about 74 independent countries. Today there are 193 countries. Of the new countries, some 119 were mainly from the collapsing British, French and other European Empires, because of the Second World War. How can you tell me that we are fighting against the German, Italians or Japanese for freedom, and at the same time I am a vassal, a subject of your empire? Humans don’t readily accept slavery. No slave is a happy human.
But the Anglo-Americans had no intention of creating free peoples. Remember 1838? The British Empire banned slavery, but the lives of the former slave did not improve. As I wrote in my last article: a whole new world was coming into being, and giant-mega-corporations and cartels were at the centre of it. They would be the engines driving the global economy and controlling the natural resources of the planet. They called it, globalization. It was colonialism with a different face, the British East India Company running on Al-technology and 4-wave industry with a planetary reach beyond anything ever attempted on planet Earth. The new name is Technocracy – a combination of very large multinational corporations, run by technocrats who only answer to the less than 1% of the World — the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers, the George Soros, Bill Gates, and so on.
Belizeans better get used to the idea of the Great Reset – you will own nothing, but you will be happy. There will not be any more free elections, the socialism of the right (fascism) will be combined with socialism of the left (communism). Government will be run by the technocrats of the media, health services, military, and the mega corporations. They will answer to the less than 1% super-rich who will own the farms, factories, transportation sectors, chemicals, drugs, and the leisure sector.
In that last article, I also wrote that the Italian Dominican priest and philosopher, Tommaso Capanella was correct, the vast majority of humans are Beasts of Muddy Brains, or as I usually say – sheep. My best friend, the late Leroy Taegar used to always say that the vast majority of Belizeans are still slaves – they mentally keep their chains around their neck. Sad but true. And as Capanella wrote: …”if one arise to tell the truth, it kills him unforgiven.”

Klaus Schwab is the head of the Davos World Economic Forum has made no-bones that the so-called pandemic caused by COVID-19 has upset the global economies, and health sectors so much that the global elites, the international oligarchy now has the ability to reset the entire political, social, economic and military of the entire world. That the New World Order that he and others of the international oligarchy dreamt of is now possible; but with a new name – The Great Reset.
“The Great Reset” is a new “social contract” that ties you to it through an electronic ID linked to your bank account and health records (vaccine passport), and a “social credit” ID that will dictate every facet of your life. While the COVID-19 pandemic is being used as a justification for the Great Reset movement, the agenda has nothing to do with health and everything to do with a long-term plan to monitor and control the world through digital surveillance and artificial intelligence.
The Great Reset and the Fourth Industrial Revolution are rebranded terms for the old “New World Order” melded with the trans-humanist movement. Technocracy (Fascism & Communism) is an economic system of resource allocation that revolves around computer technology — in particular artificial intelligence, digital surveillance, and Big Data (5G)collection — and the digitization of industry and government, which in turn allows for the automation of “social engineering” and social rule, thereby doing away with the need for democratically elected leadership.
While the real plan is to usher in a tech-driven dystopia free of democratic controls, the elites speak of this plan as a way to bring us back into harmony with nature – the green new deal. Importantly, the pandemic is being used to destroy the local economies around the world, which will then allow the World Economic Forum to come in (through the nature swaps and or the IMF) and “rescue” debt-ridden countries.
However, the price for this salvation is your personal freedom and liberty. The World Economic Forum and the central banks will, through their facilitated financial bailouts, be able to effectively control most countries in the world. And, again, one of the aspects of the Fascist/Communist plan is to eliminate national borders and nationalism in general, but the foundation is the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
Some of us know the truth, but we are unable to convince others because we are fighting the combined power and influence of all the world’s media, political and business powers, educational institutions, even the power of the religious leaders, and the mind-altering black magic of television news transmitted through our smart screen TVs. The narrative of COVID-19 has become cultish. It now has the character of “Jim Jones” – the Kool-Aid is vaccination.
So, let’s talk about COVID-19. For nearly two years we have been told that masks protect against viral infection. That lockdowns slow down the spread, that school closures protect children, that there are no effective early treatments for COVID-19, and that the fast-tracked spike-protein vaccines are safe, effective, and necessary even if you have natural immunity.
I will not get into the debate about whether or not this coronavirus has been isolated or not or it’s origin. We know there is a virus called coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Patients with COVID-19 and asymptomatic infection can transmit 2019-nCoV. Aerosol transmission is the main route of transmission and can also be transmitted through contact. The crowd is generally susceptible. Children, infants, and young children also develop the disease, but the condition is relatively mild.
The incubation period is 1 to 14 days, mostly 3 to 7 days. It’s crucial that early treatment occur in the first 5 days. Main symptoms are fever, fatigue, and dry cough and this might be accompanied by a runny nose, sore throat, chest tightness, vomiting and diarrhea. Some patients have mild symptoms, and a few patients have no symptoms. The elderly and those suffering from preventable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, and extreme obesity tend to develop severe illness after infection. The time of progression to severe illness was approximately 7 days. It is worth noting that in the course of severe and critically ill patients, there may be moderate to low fever, even without an obvious fever. Most patients have a good prognosis, (data of the last 14 months is a 99.27% survival rate) and deaths are more common in the elderly and those with a chronic underlying disease. Last year the American CDC reported that less than 6% of deaths was actually caused by the SARS-CoV-2. The majority of deaths (94%) was caused by 2.5 comorbidities, i.e. hypertension and diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, stroke and others. Mounting clinical data suggest COVID-19 is actually primarily a vascular disease rather than a respiratory one.
The following is from the writings of Dr Steven Hatfil, American virologist, pathologist and biological weapons expert,
“The COVID-19 virus is a small assembly of proteins, certain fats, and sugar molecules surrounding a long-compacted string of RNA molecules. This RNA contains the individual “blueprints” or “genes” that carry the instructions that allow the COVID virus to replicate to create new daughter viruses. Individual viruses are extremely tiny in size and only visible under a powerful electron microscope, with only a few exceptions.
“It is important to remember that the COVID virus is not “alive.” Until it penetrates and enters into one of the living cells of its host, a virus remains an inert collection of tightly bound chemicals
“The COVID virus needs a special “key” to pass through the outer membrane of a host cell. This “key” is in the form of the Spike Proteins that protrude outward from the virus. Conversely, the host cell has a “lock” on its outer membrane. This “lock” is in the form of a protein called ACE-2. When the Spike Protein “key” of the virus attaches to the cell’s ACE-2 protein “lock,” the virus can attach itself and enter the cell to cause infection.
“Once inside a suitable cell, the COVID virus turns into the ultimate parasite of nature as it hijacks the cell’s metabolism and forces it to perform a series of virus-driven biochemical reactions. These reactions lead to the self-assembly of hundreds of new “daughter” viruses at a time. A single infectious virus particle inside a cell may produce some 100,000 daughter viruses within the first 10-hours. Some of these new daughter viruses are released into the environment by coughing or sneezing droplets of virus-laden mucous or as an invisible aerosol of oral fluids generated by talking.
Now how do we deal with this virus which is between 70 to 100 nanometers or small enough to go through all cloth masks, and all surgical masks and including the 3M-N95-mask? Last year, the American CDC reported that 74% of people wearing masks still catch the COVID-19 infection. As Dr Anthony Fauci of the US Government said on CNBC, even though masks are not effective against COVID-19, it gives people a sense of responsibility so he supports wearing them.
Lockdowns don’t work effectively. All the research has shown it to be more detrimental than good. Its main reason is control of people and the economy. A way of diverting money away from the worker and middle-class into the bank accounts of the rich, the elites, the big boys.
Last year as the COVID-19 was causing people in China to die, the Chinese government launched an all-out effort to find a way to save as much lives as possible. Chinese (in Belize herbs have saved thousands) herbs played an important role along with drugs. High dose Vitamin C (over 12,000mg/day by IV) was used effectively to save many thousands of lives in Wuhan. In Europe, especially in Spain it was discovered that low vitamin D3 in the body was a major cause of adverse reactions. It was also learned that zinc along with Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) (Hydroxychloroquine is a zinc ionosphere, it takes zinc into the cell) saved many thousands of lives. Dr Thomas Levy and others discovered that nebulization with hydrogen peroxide especially in the first 4 days of infection caused 98% of the virus to die within 3 days of treatment. In Britain, researchers learned that corticosteroids like prednisone and dexamethasone worked wonders with reducing inflammation, while aspirin and heparin – enoxaparin deal with blood clots. Then there are the monoclonal antibodies that saved US President Trump’s life in 2020 from COVID-19. Plus there is the American FLCCC Alliance (covid19criticalcare.com) that publishes detailed protocols for dealing with COVID-19, from prevention to early infection and how to survive if you end up in the hospital by using mostly Ivermectin which has saved millions in India and Mexico.
The conclusion is that there are many early effective treatments for those who get the virus. The data speaks for itself. For the year 2020 some 248 persons lost their lives to COVID-19 in Belize. Belizeans, who died were: 248/420,000 = 0.00059 or 59 per 100,000. That is a global low. In the year 2019, Ministry of Health said some 263 died from heart diseases; 247 from cancer; 160 from diabetes; 155 from stroke; 149 from road accidents; 142 from gun violence; and 120 from hypertension; plus 593 from other causes. Hypertension, diabetes, stroke and heart all have the same main causes. There was some 698 preventative deaths, or 166 per 100,000. So why have we not lock down, shut schools, and destroy the economy for those preventable deaths which are nearly three time more than the COVID-19 deaths?
Belizeans let’s get real. Forget the news media they have mostly been bought and paid for by the elites, the big boys. There is no debate in Belize and only one-sided propaganda. They are told what to say and what to write. Have you noticed anyone saying anything against the “official dogma” on COVID-19 in Belize? It’s a deadly disease that will kill all of us unless you do what we the technocrats tell you. Well, all that is bull***t. Belizeans are dealing with a virus just like the common cold. Cold medicine never cured the common cold because humans have NEVER invented any drug that’s very effective against viruses. We have our antibiotics to deal with bacteria, but not viruses. During the winter months when the weather is cold we easily catch the common cold and the flu. Why? Because at the end of the day humans fight viruses with our immune system. Period. Certain drugs and herbs, vitamins, vaccines, and minerals are used to support our immune system. Forget the fear!
Those with weak immune systems will catch the cold, the flu and COVID-19. Simple. Now the human immune system is not simple. We humans know a lot about it but we are still light years away from fully understanding our immune system. On the 8th of May 2020 Dr Lewis and a team of American scientists and medical doctors, including a Russian doctor from Moscow University published a serious study on a model for predicting the outcomes of COVID-19 and the Cytokine Storm in seriously ill COVID-19 patients. These blood tests are also now being used to determine if you take the “spike protein” vaccines – Oxford AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer BioNTech if you will have an adverse reaction. The Chinese Sinopharm (BBIBP-CorV) is an old style inactivated SARS2 vaccine. Remember the spike proteins of the virus is nearly the same as the major vaccines. If you have elevations in white blood cell (WBC) markers (6.2 or above on the scale of 3.8 to 10.8) then you likely have an infectious process going on in your body. According to Dr Lewis, whether you got COVID-19 or the spike protein vaccine, the risk factors that determine whether you’ll have a serious bout of COVID-19 or experience more serious adverse events from the vaccines are identical.
Underlying or latent infections can play a significant role not only in chronic disease but also in SARS-CoV-2 infection. Dr Judy Mikovits, former NHI scientist, has pointed out the role of retroviruses and co-infections with pathogens such as borellia and babesia in leading to less than favourable outcomes in covid 19. Her hypothesis is that SARS-CoV-2 in and of itself is not the primary cause of COVID-19. She’s convinced there must be a co-infection along with SARS-CoV-2 that suppresses or compromises your immune system in order for COVID-19 to occur.
According to Dr Thomas Lewis, “Inflammatory markers and clotting markers such as C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, uric acid and sedimentation rate are strongly associated with innate immune response activity and chronic infections, which in turn correlate with COVID-19 severity.”
Dr Carter and Dr Lewis have discovered a number of infectious pathogens that are even more prolific than those highlighted by Dr Mikovits, and which appear central in triggering many chronic conditions that then makes you to suffer more severe covid19. Primary among those are bacteria involved in periodontal disease (periodontitis). You don’t have to have oral issues or root canals to have a high burden of periodontal pathogens. Periodontitis may also be a primary cause of heart attacks.
In a recent blog, Dr Lewis wrote: “When we start looking deeper at the neutrophils, the lymphocytes, the basophils, the monocytes and eosinophils, when those values are increased or decreased beyond the optimal range, we can tell that there are critters being unruly even though you don’t have fever, or chills. So, we know that these pathogens are present in everyone. It’s really incumbent upon your own immune system to be vigilant to keep them at bay and stop them from replicating.”
Over the past 100 years our scientists have gotten good at using vaccines to deal with our compromised immune system. A vaccine works by using a dead virus and injecting it in your arm. Your immune system will go into drive and go destroy that strange pathogen, that virus or bacteria. The new vaccines use the “spike protein”. The problem is that God has made mankind in his image and he has not shared his blueprint with the human race so we have a lot of problems to make a good effective vaccine to fight viruses like the common cold or flu and COVID 19.
According to the American CDC the flu coronavirus vaccine will stop transmission of the virus and protect the individual against dying from the flu coronavirus about 52% to 60% of the time. And the immunity given by the vaccine wanes after about six months. This is the reason for the annual booster shots of the flu coronavirus vaccines. Over the last 30 + years, the vaccine has caused the death of about 1,200 individuals and some 28,000 had adverse reactions to the flu vaccine. In 9 months COVID-19 vaccines has caused over 13,600 deaths in the USA and over 55,800+ serious adverse reactions (hospitalizations).
According to Israel channel 13 TV, Pfizer officials has said that Israel is their testing site because the government has kept accurate data, given an exclusive contract to use only Pfizer’s vaccines, and more than 80% of Israelis citizens have taken Pfizer’s shot #BNT162b2. Note in August, the US FDA approved COMIRNATY vaccine from Pfizer. But no supplies will exist for at least 13 months. The current BNT162b2 is NOT APPROVED. It only has temporary emergency authorization. The Pfizer shot went from 95% effectiveness in December 2020 to 39% by late July 2021.
The vaccine failure is evidence by the start of boosters after the end of July 2021.
The vaccine failure is also shown by the fact that the fully vaccinated are at higher risk of serious illness when infected with SARS-CoV-2.
The fully vaccinated now make up the bulk of covid-related hospitalizations and deaths.
Natural immunity is far superior to any of the covid vaccines, because when you recover, your body makes antibody against all five proteins (not one like the vaccine) of the virus, plus memory T cells that remain even once antibody levels diminish.
Data from Britain is now showing the same results as Israel. In the over 50 years old population, over 70% of the deaths are either partially or fully vaccinated. And the latest data from Belize is starting to show the same trend. For the period August 1st to September 23rd some 62 persons died. Some 46 were unvaccinated and 16 (26%) were either partially or mostly fully vaccinated.
The questions now become, since the covid vaccines are failing, the unvaccinated who have recovered from covid who have natural immunity are 27 times more safe from COVID-19, plus there are several treatments to cure one’s self from COVID-19; then why the unprecedented rush to take away peoples freedom with mask mandates, lockdowns, social distances and now the icing-on-the-cake – vaccines passports. As Prof. Martin Kulldroff of Harvard Medical School has said earlier this month, “Giving people with natural immunity a health passport won’t work for the technocratic elite because the naturally immune aren’t on a vaccine subscription. The whole point of having a vaccine passport is that you lose your freedom every time a new booster rolls out. You either get the booster or lose your freedom.” In other words, people with natural immunity can’t be controlled, and you cannot make money off them.
Belize today has some 50% of its population unvaccinated but with natural immunity. Another 40% is vaccinated, and some 10% who neither has natural immunity nor is vaccinated. So to deal harshly with that at-risk 10% you will create a two class society. An open apartheid system. All natural God-given inalienable rights are taken away by the police-army force of the state? Why? Because our elected representatives, and clergy, along with their financial backers have sold out the people to whom? The New World Order – Great Reset, intimately tied to the climate change agenda; and the mankind hating, godless, evil temptation that the World has far too many humans made in the image and likeness of the Creator?
At the next sitting of the House a new law will be passed that will make criminals of anyone who writes or say anything contrary to the official narrative of WHO, PAHO and Belize’s government regarding COVID-19. Upon summary conviction you can either go to jail or be fined $ 3,000 or both. And after October 1st, the 10% at risk and the 50% with natural immunity will be prohibited from entering any public place– no church, no school, no banks, no government offices, no job, no private office, no supermarket, nor store. Without proof that you have taken the worthless COVID-19 vaccines which have all FAILED. Is this freedom?

The Rockefellers have controlled the oil, chemical, petrochemicals, agricultural inputs, banking, and medical institutions of the Americas, and since 1946, half of the entire World. The Rockefellers, through the Rockefeller Brothers Fund support The Nature Conservancy (TNC) of Arlington, Virginia. According to Channel 7 news Belize, Sept 9th 2021 Hon. Michel Chebat – Minister of Health made the following statement:
“Arising out of the Cabinet meeting held on this Tuesday and in light of the number of cases that we are seeing across the country, government has decided to implement a new measure commencing on the first of October {in 21 days} and what that measure is that all persons entering into a public building will be required to have a vaccination or present a negative rapid test or PCR test. The rapid test is a 48 hour test and the PCR test will be a 96 hour test. And so for clarity a public building will include both a privately owned and a publicly owned building and it refers to any building that the public has lawful entry to so now only does it include government building, it would cover restaurants, and grocery stores, it would also cover public transportation so that buses and boats ferrying people back and forth from the islands will also be included.”

To get a better understanding of the drive for global vaccination we need to return to the past, to Europe and North America starting around the year 1910. Belize did not exist then — it was nothing more than a colonial backwater and regrettably it still is today, some 110+ years later, and even after 40 years of political independence.
In 1910, Andrew Carnegie instructed Henry Pritchett, president of the Carnegie Foundation and a strong advocate of medical school reform, to choose Abraham Flexner to conduct a survey on medical education in America. “Neither a physician, a scientist, nor a medical educator, Flexner held a BA degree and operated a private school in Louisville, Kentucky. He visited every one of the one hundred fifty-five North American medical schools then in operation”. He recommended that a new set of laws be passed in the United States of America to regulate all medical schools uniformly, that they should only teach allopathic medicine, the germ theory, and follow the example of John Hopkins. In a revealing moment, Flexner proposed that black schools, with the exception of two black medical schools (Howard and Meharry) be closed, because Negros were inferior to whites.
John D Rockefeller teamed up with Andrew Carnegie and based on their influence, they were able to institute and fund widespread reform in medical schools all over America. At the top of the reform agenda was the strict condition that the schools only teach allopathic medicine (treat symptoms and diseases using drugs, radiation, or surgery). Homeopathy and natural medicines were discredited and demonized through the media of the time, which were also owned by America’s elite. By 1938, only 31 medical schools survived out of the 155 schools of 1910.
During this same time (early 1900’s) scientists were doing work to understand the basis of life and human health. It was during this time that most of the essential vitamins were discovered, including B1, B2, Biotin, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and minerals such as zinc and magnesium. By identifying these compounds science took a huge step forward and enabled simple vitamin remedies to cure conditions that were caused by toxins, infectious diseases and other oxidative stresses. But Rockefeller and Carnegie were smart enough to see that the natural medicines from vitamins and minerals would be a threat to their new pharmaceutical business, with much of their medications/drugs being developed from petroleum. They also saw the chance to control and monopolize multiple industries at once: petroleum, chemical, agriculture, and medical. And of course, petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals were ideal from a business perspective because they could be patented, owned and sold for huge profits.
On the other side of the Atlantic, in Germany, in 1925 the first chemical/pharmaceutical cartel was founded in order to compete with Rockefeller’s/Carnegie’s quest for control of the global drug market. Led by German multinationals, Bayer, BASF and Hoechst, the German giant cartel I.G. Farben was founded with a total number of employees surpassing 90,000 in 1925. The race for global control was on.
The I.G. Farben cartel, as equally insatiable as the Rockefeller cartel, decided to support an up and coming German politician, who promised I.G. Farben to militarily conquer the world for them. With millions of dollars in election campaign donations, this politician seized power in Germany, turned the German democracy into a dictatorship and kept his promise to launch his conquest war, a war that soon became known as World War II. In 1933, the largest cartel in the world, IG Farben, with involvement in pharmaceuticals, dyes, chemicals, and banking, enabled Hitler’s rise to power.
In each and every country Hitler’s Wehrmacht invaded, the first act was to rob the chemical, petrochemical, banking and pharmaceutical industries and assign them – free of charge – to the I.G. Farben Empire.
But make no mistake. Four weeks after he became Chancellor of Germany, Hitler created the famous Reichstag Fire on February 27th 1933, and the very next day the intellectuals were arrested and placed in the first concentration camps in Europe. Over the next 12 years, over 40 million were killed in Europe, 27 million in Soviet Russia alone. In addition to the lives lost in Europe, the Japanese, partners of the Europeans — Germany and Italy (Axis Powers) killed some 25 million in Asia during World War II. Thus some 65 million lives were sacrificed because the global elites were fighting amongst themselves for global domination.
The Nazi regime instituted the following four instruments so it could have carried out the Final Solution – Holocaust. The well-funded propaganda surrounding the vaccine as the single miracle cure and the use of vaccine passports to limit freedom of movement, are reminiscent of those that seek to institute control.
Prejudice – The Nazis passed the Nuremberg Laws in 1935, which attempted to prevent relationships between “Aryans and Jews, Gypsies, Negroes, and their bastard offspring,” and made so-called “race defilement” a crime.
Scapegoating –The Nazis scapegoated first the intellectuals then the Jews, blaming them for every societal problem in German society. They published an enormous quantity of propaganda that blamed the intellectuals and Jews for the wrongdoings, mistakes, or faults that plagued “civilization;” and declared Jews and others untermenschen, or sub-human. Viewing and hearing (Goebbels made sure every German home had a free radio) these prejudicial, scapegoating tactics day-in-and-day-out affects the human psyches and built a sense of fear and loathing of intellectuals and Jewish people, leading to an official policy of discrimination and exclusion.
Discrimination— In the case of the Jews, the Nazi’s prejudice against them made them easy to scapegoat. This naturally led to discriminatory laws by the government, and caused violent acts against them that individuals could perpetrate with impunity. Jews were required to wear a yellow Star of David sewn onto their outerwear like a badge of shame so others could see and avoid them.
Persecution — Persecution of minorities isn’t new. The persecution of the Christians by the Romans is one example. But the system created and utilized by the Nazis against the Jews was likely the most organized and efficient one in 1938. Jews were forced from their homes, their valuables confiscated, crowded into ghettoes, homes, businesses and temples lost during Kristallnacht, a two-day ravage (November 9th and 10th, 1938) commonly called the “Night of Broken Glass”
In order to cement its global leadership with patented drugs, the I.G. Farben cartel played an important role in Hitler’s regime and even tested its patented pharmaceutical substances on concentration camp inmates in Auschwitz, Dachau and other camps. I.G. Fabens’s plan to take control of the global oil, chemical, banking, and drug markets failed when the United States, Soviet Russia, China, and the British Empire forces won World War II. The allied forces took control of the corporate offices of I.G. Farben, and their stock went to the Rockefeller trust in United States and Rothschild/ J.P. Morgan in Great Britain.
In an article, author Edwin Black wrote the following in the Village Voice in Oct 8th 2002:
“The infamous Auschwitz tattoo began as an IBM number. And now it’s been revealed that IBM machines were actually based at the infamous concentration-camp complex. IBM’s extensive technological support for Hitler’s conquest of Europe and genocide against the Jews and Soviets was extensively documented in my book IBM and the Holocaust, published in February 2001. Last March, the Voice broke exclusive new details of a special wartime subsidiary set up in Poland by IBM’s New York headquarters, shortly after Hitler’s 1939 invasion, to help Germany automate the rape of Poland.”
In the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, 24 managers from Bayer, BASF, Hoechst and other executives of the I.G. Farben cartel were tried for crimes against humanity. These crimes included leading wars of aggression, instituting slavery and committing mass murder. In his final pleading, US Chief Prosecutor Telford Taylor summarized the crimes committed by these corporate criminals with the following words: “Without I.G. Farben and IBM, the second World War would not have been possible”.
By 1944, Nelson Rockefeller (grandson of John D Rockefeller) had already entered the executive branch of the U.S. government. He started off as Under-Secretary of State and ended up a few years later as Special Adviser of President Truman for Special Affairs. In other words, at critical junctures of the 20th century, the Rockefeller interests took direct charge. He was Governor of New York and Vice President of the United States. The Rockefellers decided the post-war shape of the world and the distribution of its wealth.
As such, under the influence of the US State Department, the verdicts in Nuremberg against the I.G. Farben managers can easily be explained. In return for taking over the corporate shares of I.G. Farben, and thereby global control of the oil, chemical, banking and drug businesses, Nelson Rockefeller made sure that the real culprits of World War II were not hanged. In fact, and as we have seen, they were needed in the new anti-communist fight of the Anglo-Americans.
More important, a whole new world was coming into being, and giant-mega-corporations and cartels were at the centre of it. They would be the engines driving the global economy and controlling the natural resources of the planet. They called it, globalization. It was colonialism with a different face, the British East India Company running on Al-technology and 4-wave industry with a planetary reach beyond anything ever attempted on planet Earth.
So the Farben moguls, and those like them, were seen by many as highly competent designers of the new “peace and prosperity.” And oh yes—there was a third reason the Farben executives got off so lightly. Their powerful cartel partners all over the world wanted to continue profitable relationships with these Nazi brethren. A few of the highly influential international partners, Dow, DuPont, Imperial Chemical Industries, the Rockefeller Empire, J P Morgan, and of course the Rothschild’s—the Davos crowd behind today’s Great Reset.
The epidemic of unnecessary disability and death by the pharmaceutical business with disease is unparalleled in human history. Linus Pauling and other great eminent scientists deserve credit for having kept open the door of knowledge about the health benefits of vitamins and other effective natural health approaches. If it were not for them we would already be living in a global health prison.
In short, the work of Rockefeller and Carnegie was as they say — a smashing “success”. They crushed the underfunded, the grassroots competition and created our current medical system. This system continues today where “Big Pharma” makes large “donations” to medical schools in exchange for teaching the medical students to use their patented drugs and vaccines. As part of this system, many alternative treatments are criminalized by the bought-and-paid-for politicians. For example in the United States by law, it is illegal for medical doctors to treat cancer with any methods except chemotherapy, surgery or radiation. It is actually a criminal felony for a medical practitioner to treat cancer with anything but these three modalities. Why is this the case? As Prime Minister Said Musa said: Follow the Money. The average cost of cancer treatment is USD $175,000.00, so the elites were keen to keep the monopoly on this one. And of course, the American Cancer Society was founded by none other than John D. Rockefeller in 1913.
The new attempt in Belize to cancel freedom where persons are unable to enter a bank, a supermarket, a bus, a water taxis, a church is a program of human destruction, as seen as far back as the infamous Flexner Report of 1910 and has been aimed at weakening populations, and ultimately making them easier to control.
This entire program has been intentional, at the highest levels. The agendas of the elites are clear as day, as evidenced by those who promote population control. I have shared a few of the many below. The desire to eliminate much of the world’s population has been voiced over and over again, but the people still refuse to listen, and in fact, stand in line to take the state’s poison – as Dr Leroy Taegar said over and over – “the people love the invisible chains of the slave-master”.

A perfect storm has been devised in order to bring down this Belize and cull the world of its population, and it is now going forward with little resistance.
Belize City, July 28th 2021: Most Belizeans, except those in the shipping sector have no clue as to the unseen enemy facing Belize and most of the world – hyper-inflation.
Hyper-inflation means out-of-control price increases or excessive increases of prices in an economy. Belize is currently facing a rapidly increasing rate of inflation, but not hyper-inflation, not yet. When the monthly rate of increase is above 25% we say it’s hyper-inflation. At the current rate, we can expect some level of hyper-inflation by the end of this year.
According to the Statistical Institute of Belize (SIB) the June 2021 rate of inflation was some 3%. The biggest increases were in diesel fuel with a 43.4% increase and some food items such as rice at 11.9% and pig-tails at 26.1%. But as time goes by, price increases are expected because of the global trends being observed.
And the biggest problem out there is shipping, especially from Asia. The just-in-time concept of supply chains have wreaked havoc in global supply chain distribution. Normally a container takes one or at most two days to be loaded on a ship bound for Central America, North or South America, Europe and Africa from Asia. Today it is four or more weeks lead time and the prices since December last year have increased by more than 2.47 times. A 20 ft. (TEU) has gone from USD $4,500 to over USD $11,150. As an example, take a shoe made in China (China manufactures 73% of all shoes made in the world). Let’s say that shoe retails at $250.00. In the past the freight cost was about $43. Now it is nearly $100. To keep his margin, the retailer must increase his price to $420.00.
Belizeans import some 70% of the goods that we consume. So, it means that higher prices will be the norm for the next few months. Steel is up over 36%, plywood is up some 72%, animal feed is up over 30%, and general food items over 20%. Semiconductor chips are in very short supply and prices are up over 56%. Today it’s very difficult to obtain new cars, trucks, tractors and combines due to the semiconductor shortage. And last week, rubber became the latest item in short supply, especially natural rubber, which must be used for speciality goods, such as aircrafts.
Today, especially the West is in what is called an “Inflate and Die Trap”. The higher the rate of inflation goes, the bigger the shock to the economy needed to bring inflation under control. And this is not limited to just homeowners or the stock markets. The biggest borrower in the world is the United States government. And the biggest lender in the world is the United States Federal Reserve (Fed or Central Bank). Thanks to Fed buying, a 10-year Treasury note – the building block of all federal debt is now trading at 1.25%. But last month CPI (inflation rate) was 5.4%, which means that yield of 1.25% is negative by 4.15% or 415 basis points. When bond buyers demand a real return (above inflation) the fun will be over as interest rates would quadruple and the stock markets of the advanced countries will collapse. Suddenly the new Biden stimulus (money-printing) would be history and those USA “toppers” that pay people above the minimum wage for not working would be history.
Do we remember the United States in 1980, when Paul Volker took prime interest rates to 20% to control inflation? Must we suffer to bring inflation under control? Can there be an orderly exist from inflation? The simple answer is yes. But it is not easy and it takes a lot of hard work and patience, which today is difficult because of our culture of instant gratification.
For several years, I have been writing and speaking about a version of capitalism that most people are not aware of. In the American System, money and its supply is a public utility – for the common good and our posterity, thus inflation is kept under control as reckless money printing is subdued. In the nineteen century it was known as the American System or School of Political Economy. In Belize it was known as the Mixed Economy of George C. Price.

The eight major concepts of the American School are:
Exploiting nature rather than men
Tariff Protection of local agriculture and manufacturing as free trade have always benefit the strong at the expense of the weak.
High wages to workers, because as E. Peshine Smith, wrote: “In order to make labour-cheap, the labourer must be well-fed, well-clothed, well-lodged, well-instructed…”
Money creation is a public utility and should be under the control of elected representatives of the people, not controlled by private individuals for private gain and control.
The theory of Diminishing Returns is not valid to physical reality. Technology and innovation always causes new methods to enter production and thus profits and wages don’t diminish but instead leads to higher productivity and thus higher wages to workers.
A view of soil fertility and agricultural productivity as a product of capital investment. Ricardian rent and trade theory assumed that the addition of chemical fertilizers to stop the “mining” of the soil by plantation agriculture was of no consequence. As a note of history, it was not the farming sector that supported the creation of a Department of Agriculture in America. Rather, it was industrial protectionists who argued that the dominant form of market crop production being done in the United States – plantation export agriculture – was economically destructive. The new Department of Agriculture reached it high points under Abe Lincoln and Henry Carey, and again under Franklin D. Roosevelt and Henry A. Wallace.
Public infrastructure as a means to lower costs in an industrial society by introducing new methods of production, and the public support of research and development.
Government intervention in an economy. Government must put a bridle on corporate bodies, and must establish the pursuit of happiness as a natural right of citizens. In Belize this principle is enshrine in the PUP Constitution as a sacred duty of government to create full employment and completely end poverty.
In the late 19th century, two countries, Germany and Japan turned to the United States for help in establishing the American System in their countries. E. Peshine Smith went to Japan and Fredrick List went to Germany. By 1905 both countries had become major industrial world powers. In the 1950’s and 1960’s South Korea and Taiwan used the American System to develop their countries into major industrial countries.
And today, the Chinese are using the American System to turn China from one of the poorest nations into the second largest industrial nation-state in just 40 years. The irony is that both the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the People’s Republic of China (PRC) celebrate Dr Sun Yat-sen as their modern founder. It was mostly the ideas of Sun Yat-sen that both followed to turn themselves into industrial power-houses. Sun Yat-sen was educated in USA’s Hawaii by Samuel Damon and others who supported the Henry Carey School of economics. Sun Yat-sen’s major work “Three Principles of the People” is explicit in its support of the American System.
The Chinese will usually say they are communist, but that’s not entirely true. No real communist would allow capitalism and the many billionaires now present in China. In fact, reading President Xi Jinping works, he says that today’s China is governed by a socialist system with Chinese characteristics. If one studies China’s economy, one would come to the conclusion that the eight principles outlined above are exactly the principles followed by the Chinese government. The major difference is that the American System writers were all supporters of full democracy. China has democracy at the local level, but at the province and national levels, only one political party is allowed – the Communist Party of China.
The current PUP government in its manifesto, Plan Belize committed to reintroduce George Price’s Mixed Economy to not only defeat inflation but to create full employment and completely end poverty in Belize.
Plan Belize promises Belizeans that this PUP government will build 10,000 + houses, give over 60,000 lots and farm lands to first-time land owners, and create more than 50,000 new permanent jobs at high wages ($5/hour to $ 10.50/hour) in order to defeat poverty. Over 62% of our citizens now live in poverty. That is not acceptable for George Price’s PUP and should not be acceptable to any Belizean. This must end. Further, the process of ending this unforgivable situation is going to deal a heavy blow to inflation, especially imported inflation. Two, perhaps three birds will be killed with one stone.
Plan Belize details exactly how the above interrelated commitments will be met. It includes,
2,000 new manufacturing jobs for Belize City, including jobs for youths.
2,000 new manufacturing jobs must be created in the district towns. A total of 5,000 manufacturing jobs for the nation-state each year after the general elections.
1,000 military service jobs per year, National Security requires silence on details.
1,000 service sector jobs country-wide especially in education, health and research.
2,000 Infrastructure jobs constructing canals, roads, buildings, country wide.
2,000 new family farms in all districts of Belize.
The late Leroy Taegar always said – “The land is the bank”. Remember, Dr. Taegar was educated in the United States of America with a classical education before he went to specialize as a medical doctor in Trinidad and Tobago. April 4th 1769, one of the main founders of the United States of America, Ben Franklin wrote: “There seems to be but three ways for a nation to acquire wealth. The first is by war, as the Romans did, in plundering their conquered neighbors. This is robbery. The second by commerce, which to be profitable requires cheating. For example, if we give and receive an equal amount of goods and services through trade, there is no profit other than that obtained in our own production cycle. The third by agriculture is the only honest way, wherein man receives a real increase of the seeds thrown into the ground, in a kind of continual miracle wrought by the hand of God in his favor, as a reward for his innocent life, and virtuous industry.” – The Writings of Benjamin Franklin, Vol. V, Haskell House Publishers Ltd, New York 1970.
Let’s examine Ben Franklin’s writing by using corn as an example. A farmer puts some twenty (20) pounds of corn seeds in the ground and after three months that farmer gets back not his twenty (20) pounds, but three thousand (3,000) pounds of corn. Where did the extra two thousand nine hundred and eighty (2,980) pounds of corn came from? This increase of 149 times came from agriculture through which we plant the seeds and create new wealth as if by a miracle. But what is the miracle? It’s the utilization of human labor that took unimproved land and creating real wealth by using one’s brains – by imitating the Word became Flesh (Jesus the Christ). Manufacturing is a continuation of agriculture. In fact, 80% or raw materials for manufacturing comes from agriculture.
On March 6th 1995 this writer, wrote in his book – ABC’s of Economics, “The sole source of wealth is the rise in the productivity of human labour effected through technological progress.” Make no mistake, money is not wealth. Business principles are not economic principles – and economic principles ultimately govern over business principles, especially, par exchange. Businessmen make a psychological mistake and believe that profits are predatory, instead of necessary for the welfare of the nation-state, for the whole.
Thus we end up with an attack by businessmen on the concept of parity – the necessity of parity between agriculture, manufacturing and the services, and the banker’s love affair with debt, which always ends up in bankruptcy. Lenders create money out of thin air so that borrowers can produce at the expense of the entire community. No money is created to make distribution possible. Thus even Winston Churchill was forced to write that the economists with all their fancy theories could not solve the demand or consumption problem — Amid These Storms, by Winston Churchill, London (1932). This business of creating new money from thin air for one sector of the economy always results in the depression of economies. Today, the massive stimulus being seen globally has resulted in the 1% getting 70% of all new money creation, and the 99% getting the remaining 30%. Plan Belize will fix this problem.
But establishing farms, processing the products of the farms and ranches, and mining the earth takes time. Crops need time to grow. Machines and factories must be built and this too takes time. And as they say, “while the grass is growing, the cow will starve”. Political opponents of the PUP will make “hay” while infrastructure is growing, and mining and training of workers are taking place. The politicians must explain the process and the necessity of patience: the tree that is planted today provides the shade we need for tomorrow. Transforming the Belizean economy will take time but will ultimately enable us to defeat both enemies seen and unseen. Remember, man is created in the image of his Creator!
